| With the promotion and implementation of national energy saving and new energy automotive industry policy,the lightweight of automobile and its components is the trend in the automobile industry,the demand for lightweight components has increased rapidly,especially the demand for lightweight aluminum alloy wheels is more prominent,and massive aluminum alloy wheel production lines are being built or proposed,but limited by the factors of technology and investment,the quality tracing system of the whole process cannot be established,and it is hard to satisfied the more and more strict quality requirements of the original equipment manufacturer to the component factory.This text,combined with the "Made in China 2025" national policy,promotes the development of informatization,networking and intelligent in the aluminum wheel production line,and establishes a complete product quality traceability system.It aims to improve the product traceability of the aluminum wheel production enterprise and enhance the quality management standard of the products under the supply chain environment,the key technology of the traceability system of the wheel production line is to get through the tracing process of the whole aluminum wheel production line,to solve the problem of the low level of the traditional traceability of the aluminum wheel production line,and to accomplish the target of tracing the single production and whole process of the aluminum wheel products.Based on the forging aluminum alloy wheel production lines,designed by the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system,traceability system’s mode process are studied,and the structure model of the traceability system database is established to achieve efficient and accurate product traceability.For the hard tracing the production area of forging and rotating heat forming,the virtual code tracing technology based on FCS system is studied,and a modular tracing program is designed in combination with the process of the aluminum wheel thermal forming.The error correcting ability of Data Matrix and the surface marking content of workpiece are analyzed.The influence of the processing parameters of the optical fiber laser marking machine on the quality of the surface identification is studied.The process parameters of the laser marking are verified by the single variable test,and the high marking quality is determined and the laser processing parameters are in line with the production line beat.In this paper,the features of the identification image of the workpiece surface are analyzed.A twodimensional code location based on high pass filtering,edge extraction and Hough transform is proposed for two-dimensional code recognition of aluminum wheel forged billet,and then the two-dimensional code image contrast is improved by local histogram equalization and image two value.The method of high recognition rate is used to analyze and extract the surface identification of workpiece.Finally,the online marking and reading code of the aluminum wheel production line is designed to meet the technical requirements of the online encode and online reading code,and the data collected are stored from the OPC interface to the quality database through the above research. |
