Preliminary Study On Old Wood Reuse Based On GC-MS Technology

Today,China’s timber resources use has been ranked second in the world.The growing shortage of timber industry and timber resources is also highlighted.At present,China has a large plantation,fast-growing forest,but limited by the huge economic input and the growth of their own forest properties.The re-use of waste wood,to save China’s timber resources,green water to protect the mountain,it is particularly important.In some European and American countries,they are extremely important for the recycling of wood.Europe and the United States established a series of corresponding supporting mechanism.A lot of research has been done on the reuse of used wood.The use of waste wood to develop new materials,expanding the use of waste wood value.In contrast,the domestic,the importance of waste wood is not high,there is no perfect recycling mechanism.Domestic re-use of the channel is only as a firewood to burn,which has a comprehensive utilization of the value of the wood caused a huge waste.To this end,this article to the factory placed,the use of 20 years old wood-Xylosma racemosum for the object.In this paper,FT-IR and GC-MS were used to study the chemical composition of methanol,ethyl acetate and ethanol and benzene(1:1 by volume)extract.The results of the study are as follows:(1)In the GC-MS GC chromatograph,16 peaks were isolated and five compounds were identified.The content of the extract is more(3R,3aR,3bR,4S,7R,7aR)-4-isopropyl-3,7-dimethylsulfo-1H-cyclopenta[1,3]-3-ol(1.61%)and 1,6-dimethy 1-4-(1-methy lethyl)-naphthalene(1.45%).(2)The GC chromatograph of GC-MS was extracted and 75 peaks were isolated to identify 35 compounds.Old wood content is more 8-isopropyl-1,5-dimethyl tricyclo[4.4.0.02,7]dec-4-en-3-one(43.9%),4,4,8-trimethyl tricyclo[6.3.1.0(1,5)]dodecane-2,9-diol(34.49%),1,6-dimethyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-naphthalene(25.3%),isocyclopentadiene Epoxide(18.5%)and a-calamus(15.64%).(3)The gas chromatograms of GC-MS were extracted from the mixture of aged wood ethanol and benzene.81 peaks were isolated and 21 compounds.The contents of the old wood extract are 8-Isopropy 1-1,5-dimethyl tricyclo[4.4.0.02,7]dec-4-en-3-one(35.52%),Carrageenan(34.11%),1,6-dimethyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-naphthalene(29.7%),a-calamate(17.67%),T-muurolol protein(16.7%)and so on.(4)Old wood-Xylosma racemosum extract can be seen mainly contains ketones,alcohols,esters,alkenes,thereby expanding the old wood in medicine,fragrance,cosmetics and other fields.Reuse old wood can play a role in saving timber resources and protecting the environment.Specifically:Cobalt,the main ingredient of black pepper’s alkenes,can be used as a spice or synthetic sauce by industrial processing.In the food flavoring industry has application value;Alpha-white calamityrene,clove clove alkene,itself has the heat,warm kidney and asthma pharmacological effects.According to its nature for the pharmaceutical industry,the synthesis of drugs with relevant efficacy;Alpha-Linseed and alpha-limonene are the main components of the essential oils of cinnamon.Essential Oil of Cinnamomum subavenium Miq is extracted from the cortex,foliage or fruit of the laurel tree,which can be directly used as the blending material of the beverage,and also can be used for the synthesis of spices and applied to the field of medicine.Alpha cadinol is the main component of Aralia elata.Tarragon Alnus not only has the qi soothe the nerves,diuretic swelling effect,but also can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis,neurasthenia and nephritis edema and other diseases.The use of Alpha cadinol can synthesize these medicinal ingredients to treat related diseases;4,4,8-Trimethyltricyclo[6.3.1.0(1,5)]dodecane-2,9-diol is the main component of Eucalyptus globulus.Eucalyptus leaves have some killing effect on parasites.In particular,extract of eucalyptus leaves on snail killing the best.4,4,8-trimethyl tricyclo[6.3.1.0(1,5)]dodecane-2,9-diol can be used in the synthesis of biological pesticides,not only safe and environmental protection,but also can play a pest control Role;isosorbide,sorbitol after the second dehydration product is isosorbide.Isosorbide is a new bio-based material that can be used in the food,plastic,pharmaceutical,polymer and cosmetic industries.
