Research On The Value Evaluation Of A Biological Company Based On EVA

From high-speed development momentum in recent years,the global biological industry,is the 21st century the most active and most profound emerging industries,since the eleventh five-year plan,with the biological industry development policy issued in succession,increasing attention and investment of biological industry in China,and to get unprecedented development in industry scale,one is a sunrise industry with development prospects.Capital market is more and more attention to investment in the field of biological plate,from the perspective of investors and managers,for enterprises to carry out the reasonable value evaluation is the important basis of investment,operation and management decisions,in this context,be careful choice of the reasonable value assessment method for enterprises to carry out accurate evaluation.This paper is divided into five parts,starting from the research background,research purpose and significance,and elaborates the content of this paper.Secondly,in the theoretical part,the paper introduces the traditional three kinds of enterprise value assessment methods and the advantages and disadvantages of introducing EVA method,and discusses the applicability of these methods to the biological enterprises.Then in case study part,aiming at A biotechnology company,analysis of the impact on the enterprise value evaluation aspects of the project,discussing EVA method suitable for biological company value evaluation,on the basis of considering A biotechnology company specific factors determine suitable EVA valuation model.Then,the specific financial data was applied to calculate the EVA value and the predicted EVA value of the historical period.Finally,the value of the biological company was obtained and the evaluation results were analyzed.This paper argues that EVA method on A biological and similar creatures has superiority on the enterprise value evaluation,evaluation results are reasonable,the results of the analysis from the perspective of A enterprise's investors and managers advice,assessment model provides reference for the similar company.
