As an important component of coiled tubingoperation equipment,injection head has been widely used in all fileds of oil production and become an indispensable devices of oil extraction.The key factors to measure the performance of the injection head is its ability to lift and lower the coiled tubing.The core systems related to it include chain drive system,tensioning system and clamping system.Because the volume of injection head space is limited,how to improve the performance of injection head by improving the performance of chain drive system,tension system and clamping system in limited space is the key to the research.According to the experimental phenomena and actual working conditions of the injection head,it is found that its vibration is intense and its operation is extremely unstable,which can easily cause damage to the relevant parts of the injection head and affect its overall performance and service life.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the stationarity of injection head chain drive system.This research has important practical significance.Its main research contents are as follows:The structure and principle of the equipment and injection head chain drive system based on injection head dynamic loading platform are introduced.According to the experimental data and the operation of the injection head,the influence factors of the stability of the chain drive are analyzed,and the detailed research scheme for the stability of the injection head chain transmission is formulated.The mechanical model of the injection head chain transmission system is set up,and the internal mechanism of the injection head and the excitation of the stability are analyzed from the statics,kinematics and multibody dynamics.Based on the ADAMS software multi-body dynamics solution method,the injection head chain drive system simulation model is established.The influence of geometric center sprocket lateral center distance on the stability of injection chain transmission is simulated and analyzed.It provides a theoretical reference for the value of the transverse center distance of the sprocket when assembling the injection head.The influence of tension and clamping force of injection head on the stability of injection chain transmission is simulated and analyzed.It provides a theoretical reference for the value of tension and clamping force in the construction of injection head.The results show that with the increase of the lateral center distance of the sprocket,the acceleration value of the tubing also increases,and its acceleration increases;The acceleration value of clamping block also increases steadily.When the influence of tension force is studied,the acceleration of the tubing is larger,and when the tubing load is 17 tons and the tension force varies between 70000 N~95000N,the clamping block runs most smoothly,and the pressure of the tension cylinder is 1300Psi~1800Psi at this time.When studying the influence of clamping force,it is concluded that the clamping force has little effect on the acceleration value of tubing.And the maximum force of the clamping block is the contact collision between the clamping block or its adjacent clamping block and the press plate,and the impact force is far greater than the normal operation of the clamping block or the force produced by the clamping tubing.At the same time,it is found that the acceleration of clamping block will increase with the increase of clamping force.
