The heterocyclic compounds containing the indole structure are widely distributed in nature as a very important compound.It’s natural products have good biological and pharmacological activity.Therefore,it is a meaningful work to design and optimize the synthesis method containing the indole structure.In this paper,indole was taken as the research object,the deepeutectic solvent and ultrasound assisted green synthesis were applied to optimize the synthesis and synthesis of indole derivatives.In the first part,by searching a large number of relevant documents,the main content ofβ-indole heterocyclic compounds is synthesis methods,related applications and review.In the second part,indole,aldehydes and malononitrile as reaction substrates to explore a green synthesis method with less time and high yield by using deep eutectic solvents and ultrasonic.In the third part,indole,aldehyde andβ-naphthol as the basic raw materials,deep eutectic solvent and ultrasound as green synthesis,through alkylation reaction,we synthesized a series of naphthalene-2-alcohol derivatives containing indole structure.In the fourth part,indole,2-nitrobenzaldehyde as reaction substrates,by u-sing low eutectic solvents and ultrasonic assistance,through alkylation and intramolecular closed loop reactions,finallywe have synthesized a series of indole[2,3-b]quinoline compounds by one pot process.The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H-NMR spectrum and 13C-NMR spectrum.
