Study On The Green Development Of Shanxi Province Province In The View Of Marx's View Of Ecology

The 19 th CPC national congress clearly put forward to "promote green development",which is one of the important contents of Xi Jinping's new era of ecological civilization,also a major strategic transformation of economic development and realize people's happy life goals,whice has a great and far-reaching historical significance to the realization of economic,social,ecological and harmonious development.Shanxi province is an important coal resource-based Province in China.How to get rid of the "black" path dependence and embark on the green development road,accelerate the transformation of economy and improve the ecological environment,is the problem that must be faced and solved at present.This paper has analyzed Marx,Engels and Mao Zedong's ecological concept and the ecological concept in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of green development.The core of green development is to change the way of development and realize the harmonious development of economy,society and ecology.As a resource-based Province,Shanxi province has made a great contributions to the country for several decades,and has also paid the huge cost of serious ecological environment damage.Good resource endowment should be a booster of regional economic development,but if transformation is not in time and reform is incomplete,it will restrict the development of economy to some extent.Since the global financial crisis in2008,influenced by the price of coal market,Shanxi's economy has been in a difficult stage of development.This is neither conducive to the improvement of the ecological environment nor to the improvement of people's living standard.This paper analyzes the current situation of Shanxi province green development from five aspects of industrial structure,development cycle,energy saving,security system,the construction of the ecological environment,and from the strategic position of green development especially from the country to give Shanxi province the special policy and other aspects of the Shanxi province green development opportunities.Onthis basis,from four aspects of industrial structure,development cycle,low carbon development,ecological environment governance tasks are analyzed in Shanxi province green development problems,and from the four aspects of the idea of green development,system reform,technological innovation,resources and environment constraints such as analysis of the causes of problems.Finally,standing in Marx's ecological viewpoint,from theory to practice,from promoting the formation of Shanxi province put forward the green development countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects of green development,green development and improve the system,and strengthen the cultural construction of green ecological environmental protection capacity building.Marx's ecological view,especially Xi Jinping's ecological view,provide a theoretical support for solving the current ecological problems in Shanxi.Standing at the starting point of the new era,we must closely combine reality with scientific theory to guide the new practice,and strive to achieve the magnificent goal of beautiful Shanxi province construction at an early date.
