| Since the eighteen Party of our country,the problem of ecological environment construction has been promoted to an unprecedented new height.With the economic development and construction of our country entering a new normal state,the ecological environment construction of our country has a more close connection with economic development,social development and the people’s own development.But in the rapid development of our country’s cause,along with the gradual deterioration of the ecological environment in China,the problems in the construction of ecological environment are more and more prominent.The idea of ecological environment construction in China started relatively late,the protection and construction of the environment developed in a slow process.In the fragile ecological environment in China,serious ecological danger has appeared,including technical,economic,social and machine: rural garbage disposal,the waste disposal system has not formed the embryonic form,the waste of resources in the city is unrestrained and the environment is built.The idea of setting up and protecting is not thorough enough.These unfavorable factors are important reasons for the difficulty in implementing policies and policies in the process of ecological environment construction in China.This article first introduces the background and research significance of the topic,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,explains the connotation of Marx’s ecological concept in detail,determines the research ideas and research methods,and clarifies the relationship between the ecological view of Marx and the construction of ecological environment in China.Secondly,the problems and its reasons in the process of ecological environment construction at present in China are analyzed in detail,and the specific phenomena shown in this series of problems are clarified.From the reason of the technical problems,our country’s innovation ability is not enough at the present stage.It always takes old technology to deal with the new problems,and the progress of governance will never catch up with the speed of environmental deterioration.From the reason of the economic problems,the extensive mode of economic development has brought about the rapid development of the economy and also the destruction of the ecological environment,such as soil and water pollution,air pollution and so on.From the perspective of the causes of social problems,the direction of social guidance is not clear,and the popularization of ecological ideas is not in place.The social environment of environmental protection has not formed.From the perspective of public awareness of environmental protection,residents generally pay little attention to ecological problems,and have not systematically studied ecological knowledge.Finally,countermeasures and solutions are put forward for the above problems and their causes.By improving the ability of independent innovation,accelerating the technological innovation of environment.By vigorously developing circular economy,we should give priority to the development of ecological industry and enhance the proportion of ecological economy in the overall economy.By establishing the ecological culture concept,improving the citizen’s ecological consciousness and making the people actively participate in the corresponding practice of the ecological environment construction of our country,in the process of practice,the people should clear their own responsibilities and obligations to make the process of ecological environment construction in our country a step further.By further improving the ecosystem,improving relevant laws and regulations,and optimizing the compensation for the ecological mechanism,we will improve the system of ecological environmental protection.Only the relationship between human and nature can better promote the reform and development of the whole ecological environment construction,so as to provide a balanced and orderly external environment for the ecological environment construction in China.The above way can lay a solid foundation for China’s ecological environment construction,and is of great significance for our early realization of the socialist ecological society. |
