| According to statistics,in 2010,the total phosphorus of effluent from 41%sewage treatment plants in China can reach the first grade A standard(GB18918-2002).In order to achieve the stable standard of the total phosphorus in the effluent of the wastewater treatment plant,the biological and chemical methods are used in combination with phosphorus removal,but the market dephosphorization agent can not meet the demand for phosphorus removal in the sewage treatment plant.Therefore,the phosphorus removal is put into dephosphorization.The research and development of the agent is imperative.This paper divides the three sewage treatment plants of a,B and C into two types,including a sewage treatment plant which accounts for more than 80%of the influent industrial wastewater,and the wastewater treatment plant of more than 90%of the domestic sewage.The test water is two sinks from a sewage treatment plant(1.12mg/L of total phosphorus,52%of positive phosphorus,37%of organophosphorus,11%for polymerized phosphorus),and water in the wastewater treatment plant of B(2.6 mg/L of total phosphorus,65%of phosphorus,21%of organophosphorus,14%with polymerized phosphorus),and two of total phosphorus(total phosphorus,phosphorus 76%,organophosphorus 22%)in the wastewater treatment plant.Polymerized phosphorus 2%).(1)The effect of single dephosphorization agent on the removal of total phosphorus in water samples of A,B and C three wastewater treatment plant showed that the influent domestic sewage accounted for 100%of the wastewater treatment plant,the total phosphorus of the influent was below 10 mg/L,and the positive phosphorus accounted for more than 70%,and PFS was used as the phosphorus removal agent,and the removal rate was over 90%.(2)According to the physical form classification of phosphorus and the different mechanism of phosphorus removal,the two yuan compound scheme was designed,including PAC and PFS,FeCl3 and 1#agents(1#agent is a natural organic polymer coagulant,with self Flocculation Characteristics,the main components are mineral soil,trapezoid soil,and so on.In the case of repeated fast stirring,the floc will not break,can effectively help the separation of water.),PFS and 1#reagents,and the removal effect of the total phosphorus in the water sample of a,B and C three sewage treatment plant by two yuan compound scheme showed that the influent domestic sewage accounted for 90%of the total phosphorus.In the sewage treatment plant,two of the total phosphorus of the effluent is below 10 mg/L,and the proportion of total phosphorus is less than 70%.The removal rate of phosphorus by FeCl3 and 1#mixture is more than 80%.(3)According to the classification of phosphorus chemical forms and the different mechanism of phosphorus removal,the directional design of three yuan compound scheme,including:coagulant dephosphorization agent(PAC)and adsorption dephosphorization agent(AC,DE),1#reagents,coagulation optimization scheme,adsorption optimization scheme,and PAM recipes.In view of the removal effect of three yuan compound scheme to the total phosphorus of two sinking effluent of a sewage treatment plant,it is shown that the wastewater treatment plant is more than 80%of the wastewater treatment plant,and the total phosphorus of the effluent is less than 1 mg/L,and the organic phosphorus and the polymerized phosphorus are less than 50%.The phosphorus removal and total phosphorus of the total phosphorus are less than 0.5 mg/L after the acidity and alkali adjustment and coagulation environment.To reach the first grade A standard,the total phosphorus of two precipitated water is more than 1 mg/L,and the proportion of organophosphorus and polymerized phosphorus is less than 50%.It is coagulated by adding PAC,adding AC to remove phosphorus by adding acid and alkali,and finally adding 1#agent to help precipitate the phosphorus removal,total phosphorus is less than 0.5 mg/L,and reaches the first grade A standard. |
