Vertical sieve tray with swirl atomizating is a new type of three-dimensional jet tray.In this experiment,the double column distillation experimental device was used to study the influence of annular clearance on mass transfer performance under an ethanol-water system.At the same time,the tray was uesd to search the effect of other structural parameters on mass transfer performance.The experimental results obtained were compared with the experimental results of lifting capacity in order to verify each other.Adjust the ratio of the gas outlet area to the cross-sectional area of the riser,the mass transfer performance of the tray with a 120% ratio of the gas outlet area to the cross-sectional area of the riser is the best.At normal operating gas velocity,the tower efficiency is 85%.Compared with that,the tower efficiency of the second best tray is reduced by about 5%.Adjust the bottom clearance,the mass transfer performance of the tray with the height of the bottom clearance adjusted to 10 mm is the best.At normal operating gas velocity,the tower efficiency is about 85%.Compared with that,the tower efficiency of the second best tray is reduced by about 15%.The mass transfer performance of the three-blade swirl plate is better than that of the five-blade swirl plate.Comared with the three-blade swirl plate,the tower efficiency of the five-blade swirl plate is reduced by about 12% at normal operating gas velocity.The mass transfer performance of the open circular aperture at the upper end of the riser is better than the tray without circular aperture,and the tower efficiency is about 5% higher.Compare the mass transfer performance and lifting capacity of the Vertical sieve tray with swirl atomizating.When the ratio of the annulus area to the cross-sectional area of the riser was 120%,the relative lifted-up was the largest,which was consistent with the mass transfer experiment results.The five-blade swirl plate is slightly better than the three-blade swirl plate in terms of the relative lifted-up,and is inconsistent with the results of mass transfer experiments.There to be further studied of the difference between them.In conclusion,the vertical sieve tray with swirl atomizating that fixed bottom clearance is 10 mm,the open circular aperture at the upper end of the riser and the ratio of the gas outlet area to the cross-sectional area of the riser is 120% has a better mass transfer performance。...
