With the development of the "China manufacturing 2025" national plan,the development of China's manufacturing industry has opened a new chapter,with the increasing of its automation and intelligence.But at the same time,there are still some problems such as low automation and relatively backward numerical control technology in some industries.For example,in the process of the manufacturing of cots,processing of the same workpiece often requires a number of machine tools to cooperate.The NC system of the CNC machine tool is mostly closed architecture,whose methods for process integration is relatively backward and the operation process is complex.Moreover,it is difficult to realize the remote monitoring of the working state of the machine,which is not conducive to the unified management of the workshop.In order to solve these problems,this paper designs a set of open NC machining CNC system based on pure software.The method improves the shortcomings of the original roll processing CNC system to make the industrial field of the rubber roll processing is more in line with the development requirements of"industrial 4.0" and "China manufacturing 2025",Firstly,The paper introduces the development status of NC system for Cot-Machining,and analyzes shortcomings of existing NC system with determining the research content and expounding the research significance.Secondly,the paper make the requirement analysis for the Cot-Machining NC system to make sure the process of Cot-Machining and the overall function and components of the equipment.On the basis of the above analysis and the development trend of the open CNC system at present,the overall architecture of the open CNC system for the integrated rubber roll processing technology is designed,and the CoDeSys-EtherMAC motion control platform used in the system design is introduced.The key technology of the system is studied in this paper,which can be divided into five parts:the design of the overall task scheduling method,the user interface layer design,the process integration method design,the functional layer design and the communication layer design.The design ideas and implementation methods of each module are studied.The parameterized programming template and interpolation function block for the integrated rubber roll processing technology are designed,and the scheduling and application methods in the functional layer are introduced.In this paper,the function of remote monitoring system is designed.The main work is the design of communication interface between MTConnect agent and machine tool control system,and the realization of remote encryption/decryption function.the NC system of the rubber roll processing is developed,and the functions of each module are realized through the PLC programming language and numerical control programming language which conform to the standard of IEC 61131-3.The operation process and operation method of the NC system are introduced,and the system debugging process is explained,and the finished cot workpiece is displayed.The thesis is summarized in the end part,with prospecting the future relevant work.
