It is a hot topic that how to ensure the mechanical properties of concrete in the road.In cold areas,the bearing capacity of concrete is reduced and the service life is shortened after freezing and thawing.After many studies proved that basalt fiber has excellent mechanical properties,is a new type of green fiber material,has high toughness,advantages of temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,acid and alkali resistance,crack resistance and low price,in the economic basis,further research on the layered hybrid fiber reinforced concrete.This paper chooses the basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber,a layer of basalt fiber in concrete spreading,the upper and lower surfaces of about 20 mm each to spread a layer of basalt fiber,the middle layer is a polypropylene fiber concrete,this distribution method can not only improve the concrete strength,but also save the amount of fiber,a monolithic basalt fiber is more economical.This paper mainly carries out experimental research on the mechanics property.Study on the self-compacting concrete(SCC,Self-Consolidating Concrete),layer of basalt fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete(LBFRSCC,Layered Basalt Fiber Reinforced Self-Consolidating Concrete),layered hybrid fiber reinforced self compacting concrete(LHFRSCC,Layered Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Self-Consolidating Concrete),basalt fiber reinforced self compacting concrete(BFRSCC,Basalt Fiber Reinforced Self-Consolidating Concrete)four different types of concrete.The specific research content is as follows:(1)In this paper,the effect of single basalt fiber and blend basalt-polypropylene fiber on SCC is studied.The results show that single and mixed addition can both improve the mechanical properties of SCC,but mixing can better improve the mechanical properties of SCC.(2)The effects of the volume fraction of basalt fiber on the mechanical properties of LBFRSCC,LHFRSCC and BFRSCC are considered,which are 0.1%,0.15% and 0.2%.The results show that when the volume content of basalt fiber is 0.15%,the compressive strength and flexural strength of LBFRSCC,LHFRSCC and BFRSCC are the highest,while the volume fraction of basalt fiber is 0.2%,the splitting tensile strength is the highest.(3)The effects of the length of basalt fiber(6mm,12 mm,18mm)on the mechanical properties of LBFRSCC,LHFRSCC and BFRSCC structures were changed.The results show that the splitting tensile strength of concrete increases with the increase of fiber length,but the compressive strength and flexural strength are best when the fiber volume length is 12 mm.(4)The changes of mass loss,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and apparent appearance of SCC,LBFRSCC and LHFRSCC after 100 cycles of freeze-thaw damage were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties of SCC increased after adding the basalt fiber,and the loss rate of mechanical property and the frost resistance were better with the increase of fiber volume and length.
