Biochar is the only renewable carbon resource currently known,it is widely used in the fields of soil amendment,activated carbon and coal fuel substitutes,but there are few studies on the preparation of high value-added products from biochar.On the other hand,as an important chemical raw material,carbon black′s raw material for production(clear oil,ethylene tar,coal tar and other high aromatic heavy oil)are from the traditional fossil resources,if using biomass as raw material to produce carbon products to replace or partially replace the traditional carbon black,will help alleviate global resources and environmental problems at present,and has a high commercial value in use.Therefore,in this paper,apricot shell is taken as the research object because of its low ash content.The main results are as follows:1、The TG-DTG thermal weight loss experiment was carried out on the apricot shell materials at four heating rates.The pyrolysis characteristics are analyzed,and the characteristic parameters of the pyrolysis process are obtained by drawing method.Then using FWO method and Kissinger method to solve the apparent activation energy of the pyrolysis process.Finally,the main curve method is used to solve the mechanism equation of the apricot shell pyrolysis.2、The physical and chemical properties of biochar prepared by different carbonization temperature are quite different.With the increase of pyrolysis carbonization temperature,the yield of carbonization decreases,and the content of C increases,the aromatization degree(C/H)increases,ash content increases,and pH value increases.With the increase of pyrolysis carbonization temperature,the iodine absorption value of biomass carbon increased gradually,the oil absorption value decreased first and then increased,the BET surface increased first and then decrease,and the median particle size D500 showed a slow decline trend.FTIR shows that the absorption peak intensity of-OH,C=O,-C-O and O-CH3 increases with the increase of carbonation temperature.According to the XRD spectra,the four kinds of biochar all have local graphitization structure,and the higher the carbonization temperature,the better the graphitization transformation.3、By studying the reinforcing effect of biochar on SBR,it is known that the biochar with carbonization temperature of 800oC has the best reinforcement effect on SBR.Using planetary ball mill to reduce the particle size of biochar,it is found that the particle size of biomass carbon black can be reduced to a certain extent by ball mill grinding.After the experiment of biochar acid pickling,the iodine absorption value,oil absorption value and specific surface area of biomass carbon increased obviously,the ash content decreased greatly,and the modification effect of HNO3pickling was the best.After using the coupling agent to modify the biological carbon,the results showed that the modification effect of the Aluminate is the best.
