With the wide application of compoments with complex surfaces,cutting tools with cutting edges are increasing required,and the blade shapes becom more and more complicated.In order to meet the demand of complex cutting tool,multi-axis CNC grinders and control software have to be further developed.In this paper,based on the traditional screw file design curve of discontinuity,and the processing technology of the cutting tool,choose the blade curve,realize the reasonable distribution of blade curve,and combined with the existing machine tools design rear processing algorithm,realization of tool grinding automation programming.First,the mathematical modeling of eccentric toothed file is carried out.In order to solve the problem,we choose to change the distribution of the blade curve and change the blade profile of the ball head.The smooth and smooth connection of the blade curve is guaranteed by ensuring the connection of the blade curve at the connecting point and the spiral Angle.Then,the knife point of the blade curve is obtained,and the tool position file is formed.Then combined with the existing five-axis machine tool for post-processing algorithm research.On the rear of the existing general CAD/CAM processing calls retrieval is more complex,use efficiency low,the combination of machine tool structure and movement theory of robot kinematics of machine tools is the reverse kinematics,the research and development of a complete machine tool post processing algorithms,and according to the knife site data to generate NC machine tools executable code.Then,according to characteristic of multi-axis machine tool,the nonlinear error produced by the principle of design of the nonlinear error of the adaptive linear control strategy,and according to the cutting tool processing knife site data simulation,prove the feasibility of nonlinear error control strategy.Then the VERICUT simulation system is modeled according to the existing machine tools.Aiming at the NC code generated by the post-processing algorithm,the simulation of machine tool movement mode is carried out to simulate the simulation of collision detection and interference detection.The verification of the post-processing algorithm and NC code and the feasibility of the mathematical model are realized.According to each processing program,the software of five-axis NC grinding process is prepared,which is easy to generate NC code and realize the convenience and simplification of the software.According to the existing machine tools and processing equipment,the design of eccentric wrong tooth type file for physical process,using the depth of field testing equipment to test the tool parameters,the simulation data and experimental data,the mathematical model is proved and the feasibility of the post processing algorithms.
