Abstract/Summary:
Oil is one of the most important energy sources in our country.However,there are many impurities and water in the process of oil extraction.Therefore,dehydration must be carried out during the processing of oil products.In the traditional dehydration process,a valve is installed at the bottom of the tank to cut water manually.However,with the development of science and technology,the quality requirements of oil products are getting higher and higher,Therefore,how to obtain high-purity oil quickly and efficiently becomes a problem.According to the current requirements of the automatic dehydration of oil storage tanks,I proposed a cylindrical differential capacitance sensor with a 328 p single-chip microcomputer as the control movement,and designed a new type of automatic water separator for oil tanks,and determined the water cutting device.Design plan.In the design of the capacitive sensor,the dielectric constant of the mixed medium and the polarization mechanism of the dielectric are first understood,the mathematical relationship between the conductive particles and the dielectric constant is obtained,and then the capacitance sensor is designed to detect the structure and size of the pole and select The appropriate material will model the capacitive sensor body.According to the automatic dewatering requirements of the tank,a detection system was designed to control the entire water cutlery system.Detection system is divided into hardware and software in two parts: the hardware system is mainly part of the AVR series of 328 p microcontroller main control module,the circuit part is mainly composed of integrated circuits AM402 and CAV424,their main task is to convert the capacitive sensor voltage signal into The current signal is then amplified and processed through the signal,and finally the voltage signal is output in the interval;the software system is based on the Arduino IDE open source software,the main task is to help the hardware system to complete the control of the circuit,mainly including The collection,recording and conversion and transmission of the master-control movement of the SCM,as well as the detection of faults and the corresponding processing.After the design of the water sewer is completed,the various modules of the system need to be debugged and tested to ensure the normal operation of the water sewer.Through the test and test of the detection module,the relationship between the detection voltage values corresponding to different oil content is obtained,the cut-water threshold of the water-cutting device is determined,and then the entire water-splitter system is further tested and verified.The system has been verified by experiments that the water-cutting device can achieve efficient and fast water-cutting work and can better separate the oil-water mixture.At the same time,the system can be adapted to different work requirements by modifying the parameters of the circuit,and can be flexibly applied to the cut operation of the oil storage tank.
