| In this paper,the porous material was prepared by freezen casting from oxidized cellulose fibril.Oxidized cellulose fibril was obtained by TEMPO(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-l-oxyl radical)-mediated oxidation of bleached bagasse pulp and lapped process,the influence of cellulose fibril concentration on the material properties was studied.To investigate the influence of different characteristics of cellulose fibrils on the mechanical properties,pore properties and surface morphology of porous materials under different reaction conditions.At the same time,the chemical environment of the molding media was changed to explore its effect on the properties of the porous material.The results are as follows:When the fiber concentration of the porous material is increased,the mechanical properties,specific surface area,and pore volume of the porous material are gradually increased,and the porosity and pore size are gradually reduced.When the cellulose fibril concentration is 2%,the porous material exhibits a porous network structure,the surface is relatively smooth,the pore size distribution is uniform and regular,and the structure is relatively regular.Porous materials prepared by different degrees of oxidation of CMF and secondary refrigerated porous materials found that the more interwoven joints between fibers,the greater the strength of the porous material and the smaller the pore size;after changing the size of the CMF,the size of the fibril was found to be larger.The larger the pore size,the greater the strength when the fibers are about 1 pm;in porous materials of different oxidation modes,it was found that the Zeta potential increased,the strength of the porous material increased,and the pore size increased;when the temperature of the freezing process was changed,it was found that the rapid cooling rate could lead to more A uniform fibrous structure with smaller pores and less pronounced sheetlike structure.Changing the chemical environment of the forming media,when the pH is increased,the mechanical properties and pore size of the porous material are gradually increasing.When 100 mmg·L-1 of NaCl was added,the strength of the porous material reached a maximum.The smallest aperture.With the increase of added starch,the strength of the porous material increases,and pore size gradually decrease.When the pH of the added starch was changed to 3,the porous material had the highest strength.With the addition of hemicellulose,the strength of the porous material increases,the pore size decreases,and the pore size reaches a minimum when 3%hemicellulose is added.The degradability of porous materials with three materials added is better than that of pure CMF porous materials.The degradability of porous materials with hemicellulose added is best.The optimum degradation time of the three porous materials is different,so the application direction can be determined according to different time. |
