The amount of conventional crude oil available for extraction is decreasing.The demand for heavy oil is increasing day by day.Heavy oil production is very difficult.To study and solve this problem,a new type of surfactant aqueous solution system was used to emulsify viscosity-reduced heavy oil.It is not only widely targeted,but also simple in operation and process,less in capital investment,and strong in safety and environmental protection.In the process of heavy oil extraction,various aspects such as completion,cementing,perforating,and well washing are often encountered,and each procedure causes large or small damage or pollution to the hydrocarbon reservoir.The damage to the pay zone mainly includes the following four aspects.First,the reservoir fluid is incompatible with the external fluid;second,the stratum expands after coming into contact with the external fluid,which causes the porosity of the rock to become smaller;3.The solid particles such as clay and aggravating agent exist.The possibility of blockage of the production layer;Fourth,foreign fluid in the pores due to interfacial tension and action blocked,reducing the flow capacity,if not promptly lifted will seriously affect the heavy oil recovery.After the heavy oil is produced and processed and refined,oil solid waste will always be produced,and the solid waste containing oil will adversely affect the environment and human health.In order to maximize the treatment and utilization of oil-containing solid waste,a strong cleaning ability is prepared.It is also expected to recover the oil phase and reuse microemulsions.This article mainly studies the following two aspects:In the first aspect,the anionic surfactant fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethersulfate(AES)and super amphiphilic molecules(D-OA)are preferred,and they are formulated to prepare a surfactant aqueous solution,and then at a certain temperature,A heavy oil emulsion with certain fluidity and stability is prepared by mixing a heavy oil with an aqueous solution of a surfactant in a certain mass ratio.Firstly,the surface/interfacial activity of the surfactant aqueous solution was studied by means of surface tension meter and interfacial tension meter.Then,the emulsion emulsification and viscosity reduction effects were studied using a rotational viscometer and an interface rheometer.Finally,the water was observed using a polarizing microscope.The microcosmic morphology of the heavy oil emulsion system at different times was studied to study its standing stability.In the second aspect,anionic surfactant fatty alcohol ether carboxylic acid sodium(AEC-9Na)having both anionic and nonionic properties is compounded with a super amphiphilic molecule(D-OA),with n-butanol and trisodium citrate as aids.Surfactants Prepare a microemulsion cleaner with strong cleaning power,and study its phase behavior and its cleaning effect on oily sludge.
