Study On Urban Ecological Restoration Planning Based On Ecological Protection Red Line Delineation

As urbanization in China entered the mid-term,various urban diseases followed on.In order to deal with these problems,in December 2015,37 years later,the Central City Working Conference was reconvened and the ideas of "urban repair" and "ecological restoration" were proposed.Afterwards,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China began the work of “City Double Repair”.In 2016,Sanya was the first pilot city of “City Double Repair” and achieved initial success.Today,the third batch of pilot cities has begun.Local "double repair" work is in full swing.However,the situation in different places is different,and the manpower and material resources are not the same.There is no uniform standard for "double urban repairs",which has led to the fact that the work of "urban double repairs" has not been carried out smoothly.In particular,the work of ecological restoration,the author found that many researchers work step by step in the "Sanya model." However,Sanya is a coastal city in the South.Not every city is suitable for the "Sanya experience." The author participated in the demarcation of many ecological protection red lines.Finally,after the ecological protection red line was landed,the management and control measures will emphasize the related work of ecological restoration.Therefore,the overall idea of the whole article is to apply the ecological protection red line delineation and results to the ecological restoration.The author studied the method of demarcating the ecological protection red line and the preparation of the ecological restoration plan,summarizing the links between the objectives,planning principles,ecological environment assessment,red line demarcation and ecological restoration zones,and researching the eco-remediation planning method based on ecological protection red line delineation.Yulin City is one of the 28 pilot cities and counties that “combine multiple regulations” across the country in 2014.The main task is to define the ecological protection red line in Yulin City.And Yulin City is a relatively prominent area of ecological problems in Shaanxi Province.The author selected this place as the research area,identified key ecological restoration areas through ecological red lines of ecological function areas and ecologically sensitive redlines,and proposed ecological restoration methods.Finally,the author concludes that the demarcation and results of the ecological protection red line have a lot of help for ecological restoration.Ecological restoration under the demarcation of the ecological protection red line will save time and effort,especially when the two tasks are completed by the same team,the efficiency will be extremely high.high.In addition,the eco-environment-related planning and work have many similarities.The author hopes that his own research can give more inspiration to the eco-environment protection work team,organically combine different eco-environmental work,and reduce duplication of labor.
