In the continuous casting production process,secondary cooling has an important impact on the quality of billet,and the accurate control of the second cooling is the key to improving product quality,so,to determine a reasonable target temperature is to achieve the premise of the second cold dynamic control.Traditional second cooling control strategy is that to keep the slab temperature field unchanged in the certain parameters conditions,however,when the parameters change mutatly,especially the pull speed and the superheat change,the slab superficial temperature gradient will become large,this condition is disadvantage for the quality.To build a rational and continuous target temperature model is a significant for second cold dynamic distribution system and the quality of products.the paper main content as follows:1.To build the heat transfer model.To establish two-dimensional solidification heat transfer model,and analysis the model that we have obtained.As a result,the pull speed and the superheat are mainly influence on the temperature field,it is the basis for the second cooling control.2.To determine the target surface temperature of the slab and establish the target temperature datas.According to the characteristic of the molten steel and the process parameters which are impact on the quality of the slab to establish the target temperature datas with the 65# steel in one factory.3.Target temperature model based on target temperature datas.In practice,when the process parameters are varied,the target temperature will change,in order to find a target temperature model,the support vector machine(SVM)algorithm is used to establish the target temperature model,and to search the best parameters by the Traverse,Particle swarm Optimization and Hybrid algorithm.Matlab simulation results show that the target temperature model has a high efficiency and accuracy.4.Simulation platform to verify the feasibility of the results.A simulation platform system is combined with the basic control of PLC,touch-screen input unit,Wincc monitoring interface and VB.NET simulation casting machine program.In the experiment,through the touch screen to change the pulling speed,superheat,the model can be real-time,accurate and stable given the target temperature to meet the needs of dynamic cooling control.
