Glass textile Reinforced Concrete(GTRC)is a new type of building material,which has the advantages of high bearing capacity,good cracking resistance and corrosion resistance.The bonding effect between glass fiber mesh and matrix is the guarantee for the mechanical performance of glass fiber reinforced concrete structure.Before applying the glass fiber mesh to the concrete matrix,the basic mechanical properties of the glass mesh should be tested first.For this reason,this paper has carried out the following aspects of research.Five kinds of common glass fiber bundles are tested by qusai static tensile test with MTS universal testing machine.The Instron Ceast 9340 drop hammer system is uesd to test the dynamic impact of five kinds of glass fiber bundles with a standard distance of 25.0mm.The velocity of the impact is 1m/s,2m/s,3m/s and 4m/s respectively.The converted strain rates are 40s-1,80 s-1,120 s-11 and 160 s-1.The Weibull distribution model is used to analyse the experimental data and quantify the discreteness of glass fiber strength.It can be seen from the results that the strain rate correlation of each glass fiber bundle shows its different machanical properties.The failure mode of the glass fiber bundles under the static loading is broken step by step.The glass fiber bundles in the dynamic load show the failure form with different strain rates,which is related to the difference of the mechanical properties of the fibers,and indicates that the failure mode of the glass fiber bundle is related to the strain rate.At the same time,the correlation coefficient of the tensile strength of the glass fiber bundle with Weibull distribution is greater than 0.95,indicating that the distribution of Weibull distribution can predict the distribution of glass fiber bundles under the strain rate.The self-compaction properties of TRC matrix reinforced by fiber braid reinforced concrete were tested.The self-compaction properties of TRC matrix were tested by slump,slump fluidity and slump flow time T50.On the basis of the test,the mixture ratio of water binder ratio and water reducing agent was adjusted,three kinds of mixture ratios of C1,C2 and C3 were prepared.and then the machanical properties of three kinds of matrix were tested and analyzed.Based on the performance and strength of concrete matrix,TRC matrix with good working and machanical properties is selected.the test results show that the C3 matrix has good flow performance and high strength,and its working performance is better than that of C1 matrix and C2matrix,and the strength of C3 have little difference than that of C1 and C2.That is,the matrix that uses the concrete C3(water glue ratio is 0.40,water reducing agent is 3.5kg/m3)can meet the matrix requirements of TRC.Using The MTS universal test machine to test the embedded depth,strength and perfomance of concrete and the treatment of post dip coating of expoxy resin on the surface of fiber net of two kinds of glass fiber bundles.Studying the effects of the two kinds of glass fiber bundles on the bonding properties of TRC matrix.The test shows that the pullout stiffiness increases as the embedded depth increaes,and the pullout stiffiness of SC NET80 fiber bundle has a local fluctuation and the pullout stiffiness is always positive.The peak pullout load increase with the embedded depth of the fiber in the depth of 10mm-20mm,and the equivalent bond strength decreases with the increase of the embedded depth,the working of pullout force increas e with the increase of the embedded depth,and increase greatly when burid depth is 20mm.The strength and working performance of concrete can affect the bonding performance of the fiber braid net and the concrete matrix.The strength of the concrete matrix a nd the improvement of the working performance of the matrix can improve the bond ability of the concrete matrix and the fiber weave network.Among them,improving the workability of concrete matrix can improve the bonding performance of fiber woven mesh and matrix.After impregnating with epoxy resin,the bonding strength between fiber mesh and concrete can be improved,and the enhancement effect is obvious.
