The electrolytes determine the performance and lifetime of the devices,as one of the key materials of electrochemical response devices.Now the widely uesd liquid electrolytes,because of leakage and encapsulation difficulty,have limited the practical application of electrochemical response devices.Poly(ionic liquid)s are a class of ionic polymer containing the ionic liquid constitutional unit,which combine the ionic conductivity of ILs and machinability of polymers.In resent years,the poly(ionic liquid)electrolytes play a vital role in electrochemical response devices and have attracted wide attentions in academia and industry.This paper carried out the electrochemical responsive devices: the development of electrochromic devices and electromirror devices based on poly(ionic liquid)gel electrolytes.The main works are as follows:1.The development of electrochromic devices based on imidazolium-type poly(ionic liquid)s.The poly(ionic liquid)quasi-solid electrolytes were designed and applied in electrochromic devices.And we discussed the performance of the poly(ionic liquid)gel electrolytes with different alkly chain length.The results of the study are as follow: the electroconductivity of poly(ionic liquid)gel electrolytes decreased with the increase of the length of the alkyl chain;The electrochromic devices,based on butyl-imidazolium-type poly(ionic liquid)s,had a good color conversion and its maximum transmittance difference reached up to 84.1%.It maintained the high transmittance difference and color stability after 7000 cycle test.2.The development of(flexibility)electromirror devices based on imidazolium-type poly(ionic liquid)gel electrolytes.The midazolium-type poly(ionic liquid)s were designed and mixed inorganic salt(Ag NO3,Cu Cl2)to complexing metal-gel electrolytes.The electromirror devices and flexible devices were prepared by coating.And we discussed the performance of the electromirror devices with different alkly chain length.The results of the study are as follow: the electroconductivity of poly(ionic liquid)-Cu2+-gel electrolytesdecreased with the increase of the length of the alkyl chain;The electromirror devices,based on ethyl-imidazolium-type poly(ionic liquid)s,would be a good mirror when it were applied at-2.5 V for 20 s,and its maximum transmittance difference reached up to 83.7% with good stability.The flexible devices also showed good mirror and stability. |
