There are three kinds of cathodic-anodic-electrolysis ceramic granular fillers in this study used a variety of solid waste,the iron-carbon-copper ternary micro electrolytic cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers,Rare earth tailings applied as main raw material of iron-carbon-nickel cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers,Fenton iron mud applied as main raw material of cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers.Application for oxytetracycline(OTC)simulation wastewater pretreatment by the cathodic-anodic-electrolysis ceramic granular fillers.E:ffects of influent pH,HRT,aeration rate and the initial concentration of OTC on wastewater removal efficiency were investigated to determine the optimal conditions of the successive running reactor.The resistance to hardening of fillers was explored by the successive running reactor.Conclusions were as follows:1.The preparation conditions and physical properties of cathodic-anodic-electrolysis ceramic granular fillers.(1)The optimal raw material ratio of iron-carbon-copper ternary micro electrolytic cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers is:20-30 of iron powder,1-4 of metal copper powder,3-7 of fly ash,40-50 of yellow-river sediments.The optimum sintering temperature and time was 500-650 ? and 20-30 min,respectively.The physical properties of the composite packing were as follows:bulk density was 965.0 kg m'3,grain density was 1207.0 kg m-3,water absorption was 20.0%and voidage was 25.0%.(2)The optimal raw material ratio of Rare earth tailings applied as main raw material of iron-carbon-nickel cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers is:15-25 of scrap,2-6 of fly ash,30-50 of rare earth tailing,0.5-1.5 of nickel sulphate solution.The optimum sintering temperature and time was 600-950 ? and 20-40 min,respectively.The physical properties of the composite packing were as follows:bulk density was 998.8 kg m-3,grain density was 1398.8 kg m-3,water absorption was 14.3%and voidage was 28.6%.(3)Fenton iron mud applied as main raw material of cathodic-anodic-electrolysis,which the preparation according to the proportion of Fenton iron mud,yellow-river sediments and fly ash was 3-9:2-8:1-3 mixed,evenly.The optimum sintering temperature and time was 700-950 ? and 20-40 min,respectively.The physical properties of the composite packing were as follows:bulk density was 996,8 kg m-3,grain density was 1672.8 kg m-3,water absorption was 17.3%and voidage was 40.2%.2.Application for OTC simulation wastewater pretreatment by the cathodic-anodic-electrolysis ceramic granular fillers.(1)iron-carbon-copper ternary micro electrolytic cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers is:the initial OTC concentration of 100 mg L-1,influent pH of 3,HRT of 3 h and aeration-liquid rate of 0.15.The removal efficiency of total organic carbon(TOC)of 70.0%and OTC of 90.0%under this condition.(2)The optimal operating conditions of Rare earth tailings applied as main raw material of iron-carbon-nickel cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers is:the initial OTC concentration of 100 mg/L,influent pH of 3,-4IRT of 3 h and aeration-liquid rate of 0.00.The removal efficiency of OTC and TOC can reach 98.2%and 80.0%at the optimal condition.(3)The optimal operating conditions of Fenton iron mud applied as main raw material of cathodic-anodic-electrolysis granular fillers is:the initial OTC concentration of 100 mg L-1,influent pH of 3,HRT of 4 h and aeration-liquid rate of 0.00,In the optimal condition,the removal efficiency of OTC and TOC was 98.5%and 80.5%,respectively.3.In the exploring experiment of packing stability,cathodic-anodic-electrolysis ceramic granular fillers were applied in the optimal condition.Application for oxytetracycline(OTC)simulation wastewater pretreatment by the successive running reactor for 50 d,the system was back washed during the ran time.In the pretreatment progress of OTC simulation wastewater,the fillers did not harden.Compared to the traditional micro electrolysis technology,the resistance to hardening of the packing has been greatly improved.Summary:the cathodic-anodic-electrolysis ceramic granular fillers all have the feasibility of micro electrolysis packing,and they all show a good value of application during the pretreatment process of OTC simulation wastewater.
