Synthesis And Properties Of Herbicidal Of Novel Pyrimido Triazolo Pyrimidine Derivatives And Their Interaction With Calf Thymus DNA

Pyrimido triazolo pyrimidine derivatives have been found to exhibit antibacterial,anti-cancer,anti-tumor,regulating plant growth and other biological and physiological activity,Thus it has become the focus of research in the fields of pesticides,medicine,organic chemistry and so on.With the development of science and technology and the improvement of human living standards,it is even more urgent to develop green non-toxic pesticides and pharmaceutical compounds.In this paper,We studied the synthesis of novel pyrimido triazolo pyrimidine derivatives via reactions of substituted phenoxyacetylhydrazide and4-ethoxymthyleneamino-5-cyano-2,6-dialkylthio pyrimidine.Their biological activities were also researched and many of them showed good herbicidal activities.It may be summarized as follows:One hundred and two unreported pyrimido triazolo pyrimidine derivatives in three series were synthesized.The structures of all these compounds were confirmed by ¹H NMR?¹³C NMR?IR and HRMS.Those compounds are summarized as follows:I:2-?4-fluoro-phenoxymethylene?-4,6-dihydro-5-alkyl-8-alkylthiol-10-methylthiol-pyrimido[5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine?36?;II:2-?3-trifluoromethyl-phenoxymethylene?-4,6-dihydro-5-alkyl-8-alkylthiol-10-methylthiol-pyrimido[5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine?48?;III:2-substitutedphenoxymethylene-4,6-dihydro-5-alkyl-8-pentylthiol-10-methylt hiol-pyrimido[5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine?18?;The prediminary herbicidal activities of the new compounds were measured.Acoording to the experiment,some compounds which possessed high herbicidal activities have been found.Some compounds were tested the cucumber of IC₅₀?Pyrimido triazolo pyrimidine derivatives interaction research with calf thymus DNA...
