This paper briefly describes the modification of bentonite and organic bentonite,as well as its structure and properties.And the structure-activity relationship between the branching rate of bentonite and the macroscopic properties of the composite superabsorbent gel is a key research.The research amount and basic ideas of the paper were proposed based on the structure-activity relationship of the organic bentonite composite hydrogel.It also provides theoretical guidance for the development and application of new high-efficiency organic bentonite and its composite materials.In this paper,the alkaline calcium bentonite(ACBT)was modified by acrylic acid,the prepared samples were characterized using FTIR,XRD,SEM and so on,The results showed that the carboxyl group of acrylic acid was effective in the acid-base neutralization reaction.On the bentonite sheet,acrylic bentonite with another reactive functional group(C=C double bond)is formed,which also called the "primary tentacles".Bentonite can be added to sodium polyacrylate with a 40%high content to prepare the superabsorbent composites.By rationally controlling the design of the bentonite micro-nanostructures,the double bonds on the "primary tentacles" are triggered first.On the one hand,the polymer molecules are linked to the bentonite sheet.This branching structure makes the bentonite sheet less likely to be agglomerated.The polymer chains grafted on the bentonite sheet are liable to form a physical entanglement between the polymer chains in the matrix and the polymer chains in the matrix,so that the interaction between the bentonite and the polymer matrix is enhanced.Under the optimal conditions,the water absorption of the composites reached 1227 g/g,the maximum weight loss ratecorresponds to the T3max.increase of 18?.and the structure and macroscopic properties of it were improved significantly.p-CBA bentonite "primary tentacles" with benzaldehyde groups base has been prepared.It is simple and efficient that a self-healing hydrogel was prepared by forming a Imine bond between the aldehyde group.Finally,Using OABT to modify ACBT,"primary tentacles" with carboxyl groups were synthesized.The acid-base neutralization reaction between the carboxyl group and the amino group.The hydrogel medical dressing was prepared by combining it with chitosan.,and the synthesis of the polyethylene glycol having a benzaldehyde group at the double end as the gelation factor,and the superior performance by the simple blending method.There is a good biocompatible hydrogel.Less than 1h of fracture was completely healed,and Rhodamine B diffused effectively in the hydrogel after 6h.VC as drug added to bentonite/chitosan hydrogel,the results showed that the hydrogel dressing has good biocompatibility when adding the ratio CS:OABT=50:1,the time required for complete healing of the hydrogel section was 1 h,which was 20 min longer than that of the hydrogel without OABT;its initial volume in VC slow release decreased by 17%,and total release increased by 38%.It has a good application prospect in biomedical fields such as drug slow release and biological dressings.
