Drilling and blasting method is used widely in metal mine construction,however,the vibration caused by blasting can cause destruction of the underground rock mass engineering,and which affect the normal production.Therefore,operating monitor of blasting vibration,and grasping the characteristic of blasting vibration,and taking corresponding measures based on above monitoring and analysis to control the blasting vibration damage,is of great significance for safe and efficient mining.This study is based on the blasting vibration monitoring teste from experimental stope in Jiaojia Gold Mine located in Shandong Province.Blasting vibration effect factors,energy distribution of blasting signal from time-domain and frequency-domain,blasting vibration intensity and energys’ changing rules with the main influencing factors are studied through gray correlation degree analysis and HHT time-frequency analysis.Furthermore,a safety assessment method and a series of blasting vibration control measures are proposed based on above analysis.The main research content and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Blasting vibration signal is obtained by blasting vibration monitoring teste from experimental stope in Jiaojia Gold Mine;Analysis program are compiled by add the EMD signal decomposition toolbox and TFTB time-frequency analysis toolbox to MATLAB,such as program about EMD decomposition and reconstruction about signal,energy distribution of blasting signal from time-domain and frequency-domain ect.2.EMD decomposition and Hilbert transform are performed at the typical blasting vibration signal,which tested the feasibility of HHT time-frequency analysis technology,based on this,energy distribution of blasting signal from time-domain and frequency-domain is obtained and energy of blasting vibration signals is analysed.3.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of six kinds of grey incidence modelling,B-type correlation model and generalized gray relative incidence model are choosed and used to sensitivity analysis about Blasting vibration effect influence factor,and main influencing factors are obtained,in addition,blasting vibration intensity and energys’changing rules with the main influencing factors are studied.4.A safety assessment method is proposed based on peak particle velocity prediction model and main vibration frequency prediction model,and testing the reliability of this method,at the same time,a series of blasting vibration control measures are proposed at the base of time-frequency analysis and rule which blasting vibration effect changing with main factors,and those measures can be used for guidance.
