| activated carbon is an excellent adsorbent material,widely used in industrial agriculture,national defense science and technology,transportation energy,medicine and health,environmental protection and people’s lives in all aspects.Adsorption of saturated activated carbon is free to discard,landfill or incineration,not only waste of resources but also cause environmental pollution.So the industrialization of activated carbon regeneration has good economic and social benefits.I am involved in the engineering practice of powder activated carbon regeneration production line design,installation and commissioning work,In this paper,respectively,the powder activated carbon regeneration engineering analysis,regeneration process research and application of such aspects.Specific contents include:(1)Through the theoretical analysis of construction project profile,engineering analysis,material balance and water balance and pollution sources,the feasibility of industrial regeneration project of powdered activated carbon is explored.(2)In this paper,saturated power activated carbon was regenerated by steam-carbon dioxide activation.The regeneration process of powdered activated carbon was studied by two aspects of regeneration time and regeneration temperature.The results show that the regeneration performance of activated carbon is the best at900℃andⅢfiles.(3)The regenerated charcoal is compared with the original commercial activated carbon,and the two kinds of charcoal are added to the aerobic tank and the contact oxidation tank to compare the sewage treatment.The regenerated activated carbon has a good effect in the sewage treatment project,and the regenerated activated carbon is added In the biochemical effect is better.(4)Explore the high-end applications of regenerated powdered activated carbon.In this paper,NiCo2O4/activated carbon composites were prepared by NiCo2O4 supported on powdered activated carbon as carrier.A series of NiCo2O4/activated carbon composites were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method combined with the advantages of good conductive exchange and high capacitive NiCo2O4.Electrochemical studies have shown that the specific capacitance of NCO-AC-3(containing 47%NiCo2O4)is 273.5 F g-1.The capacity retention rate remained at 96%(262.6 Fg-1)at 3000 times the current density at 1 Ag-1.Electrochemical properties of NiCo2O4/activated carbon composites with both activated carbon and NiCo2O4.Therefore,low cost NiCo2O4/activated carbon composites can be used as a promising electrode material for the preparation of high performance supercapacitors. |
