Sewage treatment plant in Shuangyang District originally designed the effluent standard to be the national secondary effluent water quality standard.Since it was put into operation in 2002,the effluent standards have reached the standard.At this stage,the Environmental Protection Bureau of Jilin Province,according to the relevant provisions of the State Environmental Protection Administration,requires Shuangyang Sewage Treatment Plant to meet the requirements of the first-grade water quality standards.Shuangyang Sewage Treatment Plant must be strengthened to meet the discharge requirements.In view of the problem of the upgrading of Shuangyang treatment plant,this article has carried out the design and research work for upgrading Shuangyang Sewage Treatment Plant with a scale of 3.5×104m3/d in the near future in2020 and long in 2025.The influent water quality of the plant is CODCr 567mg/L,BOD5 189mg/L,suspended solids 217mg/L,total nitrogen 37.73mg/L,ammonia nitrogen 24.36mg/L and total phosphorus 6.21mg/L,the effluent quality should reach the"urban sewage A standard in the first-class standard of(GB18918-2002).This article compares the technology and economy,adopts A2/O+MBR process instead of the original CAST process.This process has the advantages of small occupied area and convenient combination of near and far period.It only needs to reconstruct the interior of the original CAST cell body to meet the requirement of the biochemical system pool capacity.Through the equipment,the effluent can reach the standard emission,and the area is compact.In addition,the membrane equipment can be phased and configured to solve the problem of gradual increase of water volume,and it can also reduce the cost of future upgrades.Therefore,the wastewater treatment process was finally determined:Incoming sewage main pipe→coarse grid→sewage lifting system→fine grid→aerated grit chamber→membrane grille→A2/O biochemical pool→MBR membrane The pool→UV disinfection→tail water disinfection into the Shuangyang river.Sludge treatment process:biochemical pond surplus sludge+MBR membrane pool sludge→sludge regulation pool→sludge thickening and dewatering→mud cake transport→shipped to Shuangyang Sludge Treatment Plant.In this paper,the existing coarse and fine grids and blower rooms are rebuilt,new membrane grids and MBR membrane pools are built between biochemical pools,and the existing CAST biochemical pools are transformed into AAO biochemical pools.This project will transform the existing sludge dewatering area of the plant into an MBR membrane equipment room and membrane purge blower room,dismantle the current sludge conditioning tank,build a new sludge dehydration room and sludge conditioning tank;and build a new deodorization system.The total investment of the construction project is RMB 581.353 million,of which construction investment is RMB 572.957million and current capital is RMB 839,600.Sources of funds are self-financing.The project construction period is two years.This design puts forward some constructive plans for optimizing design,reasonable construction and environmental management,ensuring that the project passes reasonable assurance measures,and eventually the possible environmental impacts will be controlled reasonably and effectively.
