As an indispensable material in our modern society,iron and steel products play an important role in economic development.Chinese iron and steel industry has experienced rapid development in the past decades,also bringing some problems at the same time that we are facing overcapacity,low competitiveness of the products,highly energy consumption per ton and low margins of the products.The process of BF-BOF is a mainly processes in modern steel production,in which the energy consumption of blast funace's process accounts for more than 70%of the entire energy consumption of production process,and the costs of production accounts for over 50%of the costs of the entire process.Therefore,it is significant to reduce the energy consumption of blast furnace process and the costs of raw material production for the whole production process of saving energy and reducing consumption and increase the product profit.A variety of iron ore and coke to be added in blast furnace by a certain percentage from blast furnace top to meet the needs of blast furnace production.There are different specifications of sinters,pellets and lump ore in iron raw material.Due to the different composition of ore with different specifications,price widely varies.Blast furnace producers might be confused about how to determine the proportion of ore which used different specifications,so that raw material structure of blast furnace could meet the requirements of the production process and could meet the lower cost of' production and consumption of coke.In terms of raw material structure of blast furnace,this study focuses on the ratio of ore into the furnace and operating parameters of blast furnace,which have an impact of the cost of blast furnace and coke usage and its optimization.Reasonable raw material structure of blast furnace have a significant influence on blast furnace production,energy saving and efficiency improvement.In order to obtain optimal raw material structure of blast furnace,blast furnace is regarded as two reactors connection in series,with substance reserved area as a boundary condition of two containers.This paper studied primary chemical reaction of blast furnace and established the equation of mass conservation and heat balance in a lower part of blast furnace hot zone as well as the equation of the composition and the number of the gas of blast furnace top.In regard to the blast furnace production process and the original fuel conditions and based on the method of mathematical programming,we established optimization model of the cost of blast furnace process for reduce the cost of blast furnace smelting.At the time of optimal production costs,we analyzed influence factors of the cost of blast furnace,coke and consumption of pulverized coal injection.The results show that improve the efficiency of the furnace body can significantly reduce production costs,the production of per ton hot metal can reduce the cost of 197 yuan per ton iron;With the increasing of air blast temperature,the decline rate of coke is greater than the increase rate of coal,the overall energy consumption of blast furnace production therefore has reduced.High quantity of coal injection requires a corresponding high air blast temperature,and quantitative calculation of the relationship between air blast temperature and the coke consumption,quantity of coal injection,energy substance consumption.When the efficiency of the furnace body is 100%,the blast temperature rise 100K,you can see that the amount of pulverized coal injected increased by 5Kg/t,coke consumption reduced by 18Kg/t.To maintain a minimum amount of coke for blast furnace normal operation is 290Kg/t,the efficiency is increased by 10%,coke consumption is reduced by 33Kg/t,and the amount of pulverized coal injection is increased by 5kg/t.
