Iron and steel industry is a typical energy-intensive industry.Because of energy depletion nowadays,it is necessary to seek for the energy-saving techniques in order to improve the energy utilization efficiency and reduce the energy consumption.Energy consumption estimation in iron and steel production process is the basis to realize optimizing energy utilization,and provide the accurate data to energy prediction and energy distribution.Accurate energy estimation data can guide the energy management and help enterprises to save energy.This thesis mainly studies energy estimation problem in product dimension,which measures the energy consumption per unit product.So far,the main solution method for energy estimation problem is simple statistics or using average value,which does not consider unclear consumption mechanism and noise contained in the measure data.Considering the above characteristics,this thesis proposes a Black-box based method for energy consumption estimation in product dimension.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Taking production and energy in iron and steel production as background,this thesis proposes the energy estimation problem in product dimension.Considering the "black-box" characteristic of the energy consumption process,Black-box model is formulated based on the historical production volume and the total energy consumption of each production line.(2)To solve the above Black-box model,irrelevant variable continuous EDA is proposed to obtain the unit energy consumption of each kind of products with consideration of the advantage of distribution estimation algorithm in convergence speed.(3)Since the detected data always contains noise and interferences,an improved Black-box method is proposed,which adopts Kalman filter method to deal with the noise in the unit consumption data obtained by the above distribution estimation algorithm,and then the more precise unit energy consumption is achieved.(4)Based on the practical requirements of iron and steel enterprises,this thesis develops energy estimation system,which includes parameter settings,the energy consumption allocation,the unit energy consumption estimation,the unit energy consumption query,and total energy medium consumption query modules.
