With the development of modern steel technology,in order to achieve the bar and wire of low consumption,high yield,high quality,domestic modern bar and wire rod rolling workshop commonly used advanced short stress line rolling mill.In accordance with the requirements of the relocation project of the CISC relocation and wire rod production line,it is necessary to remodel the old transformation of the bar rolling mill,transform the rolling mill defects on the basis of the original equipment as much as possible,and leave room for the upgrading of the equipment in the future.This project is based on the relocation project of CISC,and selects the Medium rolling mill frame in the rolling process.First,the three-dimensional modeling of the original rolling mill was carried out by using Inventor's three-dimensional design software.The stiffness of the steel bar mill was analyzed and simulated by finite element method.And the key factors influencing the rigidity of the rolling mill are analyzed.Aiming at the problems existing in the steel bar mill,the design of the roll stand was carried out.The stiffness of the rolling mill was analyzed by finite element method.The stiffness of the rolling mill was checked and the rigidity analysis results were verified.The Using the modal analysis software,the modal analysis of the rolling mill base in the heavy steel is carried out,and the natural frequency and the corresponding vibration modes of the rolling mill base are obtained.Seat resonance provides a scientific basis,has a very important practical significance.The research of this paper provides a basis and case for the transformation of the rolling mill frame of the relocation project of CISC and rod production line.It provides theoretical guidance for the transformation of the steel and the realization of low consumption,high yield and high quality and sustainable development.The product case provides a reference method.
