The current situation of haze in China is severe and poses a great threat to human health. The formation of haze is related to the high concentration of fine particles in the atmosphere, while the smoke from coal-fired boilers contains a large number of fine particles. In order to prevent and control air pollution,it is necessary to reduce the emission concentration of fine particulate matter in the flue gas of coal-fired boilers. At present.the domestic emissions from coal-fired power plants has reached the ultra-low emissions standards, but there are still quite a number of small particles cannot be removed, continue to effect of dust removal equipment is not enough in the economic sense,so fine particulate matter reunion of coal-fired boiler technology research is of great significance. In the research background, the research status of fine particle agglomeration technology is introduced. Then, the theoretical basis of this experiment is expounded, and the research idea and main research content of this experiment are expounded. Then, the experimental system is presented. In terms of research content, two groups of blank control experiments of cold fog-induced coagulation phase change and fine particle agglomeration were designed.lt is proved that the cooling and condensing process of saturated wet flue gas can remove fine particles. Then, according to the four influencing factors of water temperature, liquid to gas ratio, droplet diameter and wind speed in the tower, the experiments of removing fine particles by cold spray agglomeration were designed. The results showed that the efficiency of cold spraying was greatly influenced by water temperature and liquid gas ratio, and was less affected by the wind speed and droplet diameter in the tower. Then the removal rules of fine particles under heat exchanger and cold spray were compared. The results show that under the same experimental conditions, the removal capacity of fine particles by cold spraying is much better than that of heat exchanger. At last, the economic analysis of heat exchanger and cold spray is carried out. When considering the waste heat recovery and utilization of flue gas,the economy of cold spray is better than that of heat exchanger, and the recovery period of cost is shorter than that of heat exchanger.
