With the proposal and implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy,as a bridgehead on the Silk Road,Xinjiang facing a historic opportunity for development.With a large number of infrastructure construction,concrete as the most important building materials,its application and research will usher in a new climax.water reducer is an indispensable part of modern concrete,Polycarboxylate superplasticizer as a new generation of water reducer,compared with the traditional water reducer has many advantages,is a key element of HPC.Today,Polycarboxylic superplasticizer has become the mainstream product of Xinjiang market.However,The area of Xinjiang is very large,Obvious difference between regions.As concrete raw material quality becomes worse,the market competition becomes more and more fierce,the demand for concrete is more and more high,These lead to the adaptability problem in the application of polycarboxylic superplasticizer.In this paper,several typical raw materials are collected and tested,Through the test of mortar,mortar and concrete,Study on the influence of raw materials on the adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.Through engineering examples,this paper studies the methods of solving and improving the adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in concrete application,To provide the basis for the problems encountered in practical application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The results show that high C3A content,Low S03 content,Application of FGD gypsum,The addition of coal gangue,These adverse effects on the adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification lead to poor adaptability of fly ash.The MB value of sand is related to the mud content,The adsorption of poly carboxylic acid on clay and the adsorption characteristics of soil.MB value directly reflects the effect of sand on the adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The use of apparent density of aggregates,concrete and workability is better.The rate of release of different polycarboxylate superplasticizer in the same concrete system is different.The release rate of the same polycarboxylate superplasticizer is different in different material systems.Effect of temperature and stirring on the release rate of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The proportion of polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be adjusted to adapt to different application conditions.The other components were added to the polycarboxylate superplasticizer to further improve its adaptability.
