| With the rapid development of steel industry,continuous casting process,as the important part of steel,is becoming more and more to be the hot topics in the study of many experts and scholars.The article is based on the research of slab cooling process for the continuous casting process,which starts to analyze from the process of billet entering into crystallizer,secondary cooling zone and air cooling area.The cooling control of cold area is found the most critical links affecting the quality of casting products through the research of solidification heat transfer in continuous casting process.Research on secondary cooling water optimization which gain the extremely vital significance to improve the quality of casting billet and to increase the production of caster.According to the slab heat transfer and solidification theory,a two-dimensional mathematical model of solidification heat transfer is established.In Introducing the finite difference method for numerical solidification heat transfer model in the analysis and calculation on the solidification process of slab.Through the analysis compared by the casting speed,secondary cooling water and superheat for the effects of process parameters on the solidification process,the casting speed become one of the most important factors in the solidification heat transfer,which directly affect the casting billet surface temperature and the thickness of the slab shell.According to the principle of conform to the requirements of the slab quality process,the article select the slab as the main research object.In the case of a domestic arc continuous caster,this thesis set goals of slab surface temperature.Besides the water distribution principle are given respectively total water and in slab direction,arc segment of secondary cooling zone.At the same time,to meet the technical requirements and realize the reasonable allocation of water,selecting aerosol cooling way in secondary cooling zone and arranging reasonable the nozzle position type.In order to establish the reasonable secondary cooling system and secondary cooling water optimization strategy,intelligent optimization algorithm is adopted to improve the water optimization in this thesis.On the basis of the basic particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,the article design improved particle swarm algorithm based on mutation operator by joining the mutation operator,and the convergence and stability of the improved particle swarm algorithm is verified through the test function.To a certain extent,it improved the shortcoming of particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm which easily fall into local optimal point.The thesis,on the basis of solidification heat transfer model,established the multiple objective value function that based on metallurgical criterion,and achieved secondary cooling water distribution parameters optimization by using improved particle swarm algorithm based on mutation operator.After formulating the reasonable secondary cooling optimization system,the article finish the optimal control of continuous casting and secondary cooling water model. |
