| Basing on the part of tungsten roughing in Hunan Shizhuyuan Processing circuit as the background of the resrearch,selecting four single minerals such as wolframite,scheelite,fluorite and calcite as experimental target minerals,and four new type collectors DHT-1,DHT-2,DHT-3 and DHT-4 had been synthesized respectively.Then Flotation experiments of single wolframite,scheelite,fluorite and calcite were conducted.Furthermore,flotation performance of every collector on every single mineral has been studied by the effect of pH and collector dosage on flotability.At the condition of temperature 22.3 ℃m pH 5.5,and DHT-3 dosage 90.00mg/L,optimum recovery of wolframite is 84.33%;at the condition of temperature 22.3℃,pH=8.5,and DHT-1 dosage 70.00 mg/L,scheelite recovery is up to 98.90%;at the condition of temperature 22.3 ℃,pH= 5.3,and DHT-4 dosage 50.00 mg/L,optimum recovery of fluorite is 97.50%;and at the condition of temperature 22.3 ℃,pH 8.5,and DHT-3 dosage 90.00 mg/L,optimum recovery of calcite is 97.50%.The results show that all of these collectors have strong collecting ability at temperate of 22.3 ℃.By means of modern detecting technology such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR)and zeta potential measurement,combining the results of single mineral flotation and Molecular simulation software,Material studio,the absorpting mechanism between minerals and collectors has been analyzed.The results show that on the surface of wolframite,chemical bond and hydrogen bond absorption of DHT-3 molecules take the dominant positions under acid condition,while synergistic absorption made the wolframite recovery optimum;on the surface of scheelite,chemical bond and hydrogen bond absorption of DHT-1 molecular take the dominant positions under the alkaline condition.The effect of synergistic adsorption made the scheelite recovery optimum;on the surface of fluorite chemical bond and electrostatic absorption of DHT-4 molecules take the dominant position under the acid condition,while synergistic reaction absorption made the fluorite recovery optimum;on the surface of calcite chemical bond and electrostatic adsorption of DHT-3 molecules take the dominant positions under the alkaline condition,while synergistic absorption made the calcite recovery optimum. |
