In today's society,automobile industry is an important industry in our national economy.Automobile covering parts is mainly composed of car parts,and cover production cycle are also associated with the manufacturing cycle of automobile production.The research of linear long pass mainly depends on the experience of technical staff,and through multiple simulation stamping,mold repair processes obtained a reasonable production parameter group.Complex and body covering parts design structure,it makes a complete production and adjustment process lasted longer,the cost is very high,and it is difficult to ensure the high quality of the finished product success rate.Because the automobile panel defects of crack and wrinkle appeared in stamping deformation,the material is AA6009 of the inner door panel as an example,to explore the theoretical basis of the inner door panel forming,a finite element model of plate inside the door,further controlled by single variable method,orthogonal test of drawing stamping parts,automotive inner door plate study on Simulation and process optimization.Numerical analysis of the factors influencing the general drawing process,influence and influence degree.On the basis of the analysis before final prediction,by forming limit diagram and wall thickness curve on blank holding force,friction coefficient,stamping and drawing speed,the equivalent draw bead closed four influencing factors of value The impact of stamping quality.The effect of drawing forming common undesirable effect,therefore the cause of forming defects,thus the use of hydro mechanical forming numerical simulation based on the blank holder force,draw bead and process parameters of liquid chamber pressure was simulated,the improvement of the inner door panel wrinkling,rupture,improve the inner door panel forming quality.Compared with the ordinary drawing process,the forming quality of the door inner panel is obviously improved,and the defect has been improved obviously.It lays the foundation for simulating other panels in the future,thus reducing the time of die design and increasing the production efficiency.
