Study On Public Participation In Wildlife Protection Law

Because of the superior geographical position and the complex climate in China,wildlife resources are also abundant in China.In the world rankings,wildlife resources in China are among the best.Nowadays,the environment is constantly destroyed,and the wildlife resources are becoming less and less,and the protection of wild animals is also paid more attention by all countries in the world.Protecting wild animals not only helps maintain biodiversity,but also improves the ecological environment and builds harmony between man and nature.Since the "People's Republic of China" wild animal protection law amended in January 1,2017 to implement,protecting wild animals is not only the responsibility and obligation of the government,also is our common responsibility.Although wildlife resources are rich and varied in China,wildlife resources are being destroyed due to habitat loss and human illegal activities,and many rare wildlife species are on the brink of extinction.The illegal wildlife trade is rampant,wildlife habitat destruction degree deepening.Illegal hunting,killing,maltreating and eating wild animals often happen.We can no longer be unmoved.By making laws and clarifying the responsibilities of the government,we should strengthen the government's efforts to protect wildlife.At the same time,the broad masses of people can participate in the protection and management of wildlife through public participation.To protect the survival and development of wild animals,to a certain extent,is for the better survival and development of our own human beings.After all,the survival and development of wild animals are closely related to the fate of our future human development.The protection of wild animals can not be separated from the common participation and efforts of all.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a public participation system in wildlife protection law.Public participation has been a basic principle in environmental law,clearly defined in legislation,and public participation is written in the textbook.The so-called public participation principle refers to the right to equal participation in environmental management and environmental decision-making by any unit and individual in environmental protection.In my opinion,under the guidance of the principle of public participation principle,the public participation system can be introduced into the law of wildlife protection.The wildlife protection act gives the public the right to participate in the protection of wild animals and to exercise their rights properly.Thegovernment should safeguard the implementation of public participation system and fulfil its obligations to protect wildlife.The situation of government leading and the effective participation of the public is formed.The implementation of "wild animal protection law",the need for government administration according to law,strict law enforcement,and also require public participation.We will mobilize the masses of the people to participate in the protection of wildlife,enhance the awareness of wildlife protection,understand and support the work of the government,and better complete the work of wildlife protection.
