In-situ leaching of miners is widely used for which most environmental friendly mining and selection technology.although it is the best leaching technology of ionic rare earth ores,the long-term production practice shows that there is still no uniform standard in the process of injection-hole arrangement.The worker blindly distributing holes and injecting liquid only from experience,which leads to geological disaster like landslides and resource waste.Therefore,it is of great significance for environmental and efficient mining of ionic rare earth to study the arrangement of the injection hole in process of in-situ mining and perfect the execution standard of the injection project.In this paper,the method of in-situ leaching mining is systematically compared with other mining methods,by analyzing it’s advantages and disadvantages and the applicable conditions.The factors which affect the in-situ leaching technology were further analyzed according to it’s technical characteristics and obtains the main technical parameters which affect the layout of the injection hole,that is,the injection strength,the pore diameter of injection hole,the depth of injection hole,the spacing of injection hole(row distance).Based on the study of rare earth in an ion-type rare earth mine in Jiangxi Province,the orthogonal tests which compare above four factors were performed by simulating the injection process of ion-type rare earth ore in situ leaching.The experiment shows that the main factors affecting the layout of the injection hole in in-situ leaching are pore size,followed by injection strength,hole spacing and hole depth,and the primary and secondary order are pore diameter,injection strength,hole spacing and hole depth.The seepage model of injection engineering is established by Using Geo-Studio geotechnical engineering software and the SEEP/W seepage module is used to simulate and analyze the different injection intensity,pore diameter,depth and hole spacing in the process of injecting liquid in in-situ leaching of ionic rare earths.The simulation results that the primary and secondary order and each excellent level and the laboratory analysis data are consistent,the optimal level and experimental analysis data are consistent and the final determination of the injection hole layout optimization parameters for the aperture(diameter)0.64m,depth see the mine 1m,hole spacing5m,injection strength 1m~3/h were obtained by orthogonal analysis.
