With the development of society,the performance of traditional thermoplasticity composite foams couldn't meet the people's daily needs.EVA composite foams have outstanding comprehensive performance,which make it applied in many fields.However,its fire retardant and anti-static properties are weak,which make it necessary to modification of its above properties.TPU composite foam has good flexibility and biodegradable,whereas its application is restricted by poor mechanical properties.Thus,it is important to develop a kind of TPU foam,which not only can meet the demand of protection property,but also can meet other advantages of the TPU foam.In this paper,intumescent flame-retardant EVA composite foams,antistatic EVA composite foams,and TPU composites with excellent mechanical property were fabricated by melt mixing,mill plasticizing and sulfuration foaming process.The main research works are as follows:The MAPP as a derivative of ammonium polyphosphate,was synthesized via chemical grafting method using ethylenediamine.The intumescent flame-retardant MAPP/EVA foamed composites were fabricated by addition of MAPP,EG and MF into the EVA matrix.The modifying effects and the surface characterisitics of the residual carbon layer and mechanical properties of composite foams were studied.The results show that MAPP can effectively improve the flame retardant performance and the basic mechanical performance.Acid-treated OCF was prepared by the liquid oxidation method,then the PCF was prepared via the in-situ polymerization of aniline on the surface of OCF.Anti-static EVA foam composite materials were obtained by the addition of PCF and CB into the matrix of EVA.The morphology of polyaniline on OCF and the effect of PCF on anti-static performances of EVA composites were studied.The results demonstrate that Polyaniline evenly supported on the surface of OCF.Additionally,Composite materials presented optimum comprehensive performance when the addition of PCF was 3 wt%and CB was 10 wt%,respectively,and its volume resistivity could reach 108?.The carbon fibers were pretreatment via H2SO4/HNO3,and then modified by Diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI),to obtain the MDI grafting modified carbon fibers(MCF),which were subsequently applied to the preparing Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)composite foamed materials.The changes of containing oxygen functional groups and morphology,as well as the effect of MCF on mechanical performances of MCF/TPU composite foams were investigated.The results indicate that the content and types of polar functional groups,roughness of MCF have been significantly increased after grafting modification.And the compatibility between MCF and TPU has obviously improved,which make the mechanical properties of MCF/TPU composite foams markedly strengthened.
