Welding is an important method of material increase and material manufacturing.It has been widely applied in many fields,such as ship,energy,petro chemic,motor vehicle,aerospace and so on.However,a lot of smoke and dust generated by welding process will cause great harm to the environment and operators.It is a major reality need to be solved.In terms of welding smoke and dust control,the water bath purification method studied in this article is different from the traditional electrostatic precipitator and filter bag cleaning.The water bath purification method has the characteristics of low power consumption,small volume,no consumables,and no secondary pollution.This article studies the supporting and movable structure of water bath purifier,so as to achieve the purpose of reasonable,stable and reliable design.Firstly,in view of the use of purifier in factories,the mechanical models of static working conditions,vibration conditions,inclined moving conditions and ground impact conditions are established respectively.The stress and deformation of bearing beam and other parts are calculated by numerical calculation and finite element analysis.Secondly,a dynamic simulation model is established in the Adams simulation software.The load curve of the ground impacting on the wheel shaft during the movement of the purifier is obtained.It is imported into ANSYS to analyze transient dynamics of supporting and movable structures.Thirdly,using the Lagrange method,the modal analysis of the structure is carried out on the vibration condition,and the natural frequency of the whole structure is calculated,so that the structure can avoid the resonance caused by the rotation of the motor and the shock of the bubble.Finally,the parameters of the frame structure are optimized based on the response surface method,and the actual prototype is built,and the constant useand overload test are carried out,and the validity of the simulation analysis and optimization process is verified.
