Organic nitrogen industrial wastewater with high CODcr,high total nitrogen and water quality characteristics of large changes,is a difficult to deal with industrial wastewater. In the process of actual organic nitrogen industrial wastewater treatment,if the organic nitrogen can not be effectively animated completely in the anaerobic stage, then the ammoniation reaction will continue in the aerobic stage, and eventually the ammonia nitrogen in the water will not reach the standard. Therefore,we need to adopt an efficient and stable organic nitrogen ammoniation process to improve the efficiency of wastewater biochemical treatment system, but also to provide higher feasibility for the subsequent compliance discharge.Study of anaerobic and aerobic amination of the basic laws and technical parameters, which for the effective treatment of nitrogen wastewater has important theoretical and practical significance. In HRT 10 d,the reaction temperature is 30± 5 ? under the condition of caprolactam in the anaerobic environment through hydrolytic deamination or reductive deamination of amination reaction, the CODcr removal rate can reach about 91%,organic nitrogen(ON)the highest decomposition rate can reach about 93%;in aerobic environment, caprolactam can be oxidized by deamination, the removal rate of CODcr can reach about 93%,and the average decomposition rate of organic nitrogen(ON)can reach about 91%.When the reaction temperature was decreased from 30± 5 ? to 20 ± 5 ?,the removal rate of CODCr and the efficiency of organic nitrogen ammonification were slightly decreased. The average removal rate of CODcr and the rate of organic nitrogen decomposition were equal in anaerobic and aerobic biochemical conditions. When the reaction temperature was 20 ± 5 ?,the HRT decreased from 10 d,7 d and 5 d,and the ammonification effect of CODCr and organic nitrogen decreased. When HRT = 5 d,the average removal rate of CODCr in anaerobic biochemical environment was reduced to about 52.7%,and the decomposition rate of organic nitrogen was about 79.4%;under aerobic biochemical conditions, the average removal rate of CODCr decreased to about 52%,and the decomposition rate of organic nitrogen decreased to about 59.8%.When HRT is longer, the effect of organic nitrogen ammoniation is the same under anaerobic and aerobic conditions, and the temperature has the same influence on it;however, when HRT was short, organic nitrogen ammonification was better than aerobic condition under anaerobic condition. As an economic wastewater treatment process without additional energy, anaerobic process has better ammonification effect and stability than aerobic process, and has high application value in organic nitrogen industrial wastewater treatment...
