In recent years,Fused Deposition Modeling technology has been the most rapidly developing 3D printing technology because of its low cost,simple operation and suitable for office environment.At present,it has been widely used in industrial design,architecture,health care,education and other fields.At the same time,the demand for printing materials in this industry is becoming more and more urgent.To this end,we have developed two PLA printing filament and a PVA water-soluble support filament to meet the needs of different users.Specific research results are as follows:(1)The toughened PLA printing filament was successfully prepared by master batch method.The experimental results showed that with the increase of the content of PBAT,the shear viscosity of the toughening master batch decreased gradually and the melt flow rate increased gradually.When the content of compatibilizer TMP6000 was 1 phr and the mass ratio of PLA and PBAT was 3:2,the prepared toughening master batch had the best comprehensive effect;When polylactic acid and toughening master batch were extruded according to mass ratio 4:1,the fracture problem of pure PLA printing filament was not only solved,but also the mechanical properties of polylactic acid were retained to the maximum extent;When the printing temperature was 210℃and the thickness of the printing layer was 0.2mm,the comprehensive printing effect of the PLA printing filament was the best,the tensile strength was 60MPa,the bending strength was 86MPa,and the impact strength was 22.4J/m.(2)High toughness PLA printing filament was successfully prepared by adjusting the ratio of PLA and PBAT and the amount of compatibilizer.The results showed that the tensile strength and bending strength of the modified PLA decreased gradually with the increase of PBAT content,and the impact strength increased gradually;With the increase of compatibilizer content,the melt flow rate of modified PLA decreased gradually;When the mass ratio of PLA and PBAT was 7:3 and the content of compatibilizer was 1.2 phr,the properties of PLA filament was the best;When the printing temperature was 230 ℃ and the thickness of the printing layer was 0.2mm,the comprehensive printing effect of the PLA printing filament was the best,the tensile strength was 36MPa,the bending strength was 48MPa,and the impact strength was 300J/m.(3)The PVA water-soluble support material was successfully prepared by plasticizing the polyvinyl alcohol with glycerol and polyethylene glycol as the compound plasticizer.The results showed that PVA0588 was more suitable for the preparation of water-soluble support materials,compound plasticizer can effectively reduce the melting point of PVA and the precipitation of plasticizer;When the dosage of glycerol was 8 phr,the dosage of PEG200 was 4 phr and the dosage of magnesium hydroxide was 2 phr,the properties of PVA water-soluble support filament was the best;Through the printing test,it was found that the PVA printing filament had the best comprehensive properties under 200 ℃,and the supporting components of the model can be completely dissolved in half an hour at 30℃.
