With the continuous increase in the extraction of crude oil in China's oil fields,the output of oil sewage continues to grow,and a large number of unqualified discharges of oil sewage have a great impact on the environment.At the same time,many water resources are greatly wasted.Therefore,how to treat the oil sewage to meet the reinjection standard is an important issue that needs to be solved in the oil extraction process.The main purpose of this thesis is to: design a set of equipment and technology for treating oil sewage,so that the oil sewage can meet the reinjection requirements after treatment,and the same time to reduce the cost of treating oil sewageIn this paper,a set of efficient gravity methold to deal with the oil sewage technology is designed to meet the reinjection standard.Then the various equipments in the technology are designed and assembled,and the test run is carried out,and it is verified that this technology has excellent degreasing effect and meets the reinjection requirements of industry standards In this technology.the equipments include vertical sand degreaser,gravity filteration equipment,improved gas distribution device,gas water backwashing device and so on.The Daan Oilfield in Jilin Province used the technology designed in this thesis and conducted cost analysis through field research,including investment costs of 300,000 and water treatment costs of 0.20-0.35(yuan/m3).At the same time,sampling and analysis were carried out on the influent and the effluent of this technology,and it was concluded that the effluent oil content was 5.56mg/L,the suspended matter concentration was 2.90mg/L,and the median diameter of suspended particles was 1.59?m.The oil content in the effluent reaches level A2 of the reinjection standard SY/T5329-94,and the median diameter of suspended particles and the suspended matter concentration reaches the level A3 of the standard SY/T5329-94 of the reinjection standard In general,this design process has a short operation flow,low operating costs,and low one-time investment.The effluent meets the industry standard A3 standard.
