The Application Of Surface Inspection System In Stainess Steel

This paper study some theories of surface inspection system in stainless steel with the backgroud which is high requirement of quality in outside and low accuracy of checkout in inside.According to the investigation of surface inspection system consumer requirements,the study is inorder to promote the accuracy of defects classification.Because of the special stripe on stainless steel,this paper study the detection parameter in surface inspection system.In order to deal with stainless steel strip,the investigation use some methods such as using defect pixel filter,setting the minimum defect area,setting the defect relationship,setting the background of the defect to distinguish the real defect or not real defect.According to the low accuracy of classification which make the inspector low accuracy of qulity checkout,this paper find the qustion is short of defect sample.Taking the existing problem in to account,the opposite thinking is used to deal with problem.And this problem is finally solved.Finally,this paper makes the surface inspection system to continue improve for stainless steel.Making the picture from surface inspect system location with the place which the defect is appear.This working makes the work easy to improve qulity.
