Heat transfer in the surface and the homogeneity of heat conduction on the inner has a great influence on the consistency of steel performance after quenching during ultra heavy plate more nozzle jet quenching,and water flow rate,the thickness of steel plate and steel plate movement speed largely determines the cooling homogeneity for steel plate.This article analyzed surface heat exchange and inner heat conduction for ultra thickness steel plate by making temperature curve in the inner and surface of steel plate during quenching of Ultra heavy plate,demonstrated the influence factor of cooling rate and the uniformity during cooling,and researched the influence of cooling parameter on high strength and high uniformity of steel plate after quenching.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The cooling curve of the inner different distance position with the surface under the different water flow rate and the cooling way is measured.Under the circumstance of the same cooling way and thickness,I measured the cooling curve for the different position in the cooling region,calculated the average cooling rate of the surface and inner of steel plate and analyzed the cooling uniformity and the ability of surface heat-transfer.(2)Establishing the model for inverse solution to HTC based on the actual environment of steel static jet impact and the finite element method,invoking the finite element program,and calculating the function of temperature about the change of HTC with temperature is taken.The ability of steel plate surface heat exchange is analyzed based on the value of HTC,and the influence of cooling parameter on the cooling uniformity of steel plate surface is got by analyzing the cooing region.(3)The model about temperature field is constructed with the ABAQUS,and by loading with the calculation of HTC,the temperature distribution in the inner and surface is calculated.Through the analysis on the heat transfer situation in the inner and surface of steel plate and the comparison between calculated temperature and measured temperature in steel plate inner,the HTC model is got,which meets need of the heat transfer analysis of ultra heavy plate quenching process and has certain guiding meaning.(4)The effect of water flow rate and cooling rate for the different thickness ultra heavy plate on the inner and surface heat exchange is analyzed,and the main factors to improve the quenching uniformity of ultra heavy plate are obtained.The cause of the inhomogeneous cooling in cooling region by partition analysis and the mechanism of inner heat conduction in the surface of steel plate are presented in this paper.Related research has certain guiding significance in developing the highly uniform quenching technology.
