Numerous inorganic materials,which have excellent performance and resemble biomineral,have been manufactured currently.Bacterial cellulose(BC)with complex network structure has many excellent properties,which can be used as a template in biomimetic mineralization.This experiment adopts the method of biomimetic mineralization,the bacterial cellulose(BC)as the mineralization template,simulation of plant mineralization mechanism under mild conditions,prepared nano material with tubular structure.Disscussed the application of inorganic/bacterial cellulose composite materials in the resin.Review the effects of mineralization template,catalyst,inorganic source for mineralization reaction.Spectrophotometry was used to monitor the changes in the concentration of mineralization process source.Using X ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectrum and Raman spectrometer to analyze the bacterial cellulose;Using transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to analysis morphology of the products.Using universal electronic testing machine to test material properties.The results show that:Hydroxyl groups on the surface of bacterial cellulose is very important to the mineralization reaction,it is the main group of the reaction;and in the mineralization reaction,the hydroxyl group is the interaction,mutual influence,single hydroxyl group can not produce effect;the Su-type structure is not a necessary condition for the formation of complexes with the silicon precursor,as long as the certain space structure can be formed,the mineralization can occur;use bacterial cellulose as the template,TiCl4 as the titanium source,the morphology of nano TiO2 can be prepared,and the photocatalytic effect is better;with the bacterial cellulose as the template and the hydrated titanium as the titanium source,in the pH=8 environment,Na2HPO3 as the catalyzer,when the catalytic time is 6h,bacterial cellulose fibrils between titanium coated completely,no adhesion;under the premise of satisfying the material properties,the use of GF can be reduced by adding SiO2/BC composite materials,provides a new way for the reduction of glass fiber.
