| Urban smog happened frequency increasing,the urban atmospheric environment governance cause the extensive concern of the social people from all walks of life.The quickening pace of urbanization,the construction quantity grows day by day.Construction in our country because of the lack of perfect laws and regulations and relevant standards,combined with the engineering and technical personnel to their environmental protection consciousness weak,makes the building construction dust has become one of the important factors that cause air pollution in cities,which cause serious damage to health construction workers and surrounding residents.At present,the overseas for building construction dust management to establish a comprehensive and systematic system.And in dust management started late in China,involving the dust control laws and regulations is quite lack,only the construction method of dust and dust discharge,limit the collection of two aspects,there is no quantitative standard discharge limits as law enforcement basis.In addition,the traditional method of dust as the weight method,the measuring time is long,heavy equipment,unable to reflect the change of dust concentration,therefore,to establish scientific,systematic and comprehensive dust system,formulate the construction dust emission standard has important significance to the development of people’s life and the city.11 construction site within the scope of this article first to shenyang as the research object,through to the working principle of the existing dust monitoring method,roughly divided into weight method,light scattering method and three methods of dust beta ray method.Through the comparative research on the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of methods,selection of weight method and light scattering method as this research mainly USES the method of dust will be used in combination with two kinds of monitoring instrument for field measurements of construction dust.Dust emission characteristics,and analysis to compare two methods of monitoring the monitoring results of linear correlation,based on light scattering method instead of traditional national standard dust weight method is feasible,to optimize the traditional dust monitoring methods.Secondly,on the basis of literature and on-the-spot investigation,to analyze the influence factors of construction dust may,by using excel software to analysis the influence factors on the degree of the influence of the dust density,and dust concentration change relation was obtained,the main factors affecting dust emissions through the relation between known as the wind speed,on this basis,the construction dust emission factor model was established,combining with the measured data obtained factor model parameters.Finally,based on the relationship between the wind speed of dust emission predicting light scattering method under the conditions of different wind speed monitoring in liaoning province construction dust density,combined with domestic and foreign related emission standard limits of formulation,and expert discussion,organizing the liaoning province construction dust emission standard,and this standard implementation feasibility analysis for the smooth implementation of the standards in the province to lay a solid foundation. |
