This paper mainly studies the digestion treatment process of livestock and poultry manure anaerobic in rural areas.The CODCr,NH3-N,TN,TP′s concentration is high,and the chroma is large in the anaerobic digestion liquid,and it is difficult to reach the effluent standard through the conventional treatment.Put forward the “Fenton oxidation + break point chlorination” combined process to treatment the anaerobic digestion liquid of poultry waste in rural areas.Inspect the treatment performance to CODCr、NH3-N、TN、TP and chroma by the combined process.Comprehensive use the single factor test and orthogonal test,Analysis the influence factors of Fenton oxidation reaction and the break point chlorination.Through orthogonal test,get the optimum reaction parameters.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)In this experiment,the treatment of anaerobic digestion by “Fenton oxidation + reaction point chlorination” combine process,and the effluent quality can meet the requirement of 《water quality standard for livestock and poultry breeding》(GB18596-2001).(2)In Fenton oxidation reaction,There are four main influence factors: 30%H2O2 dosage,Fe2+ catalyst dosage,pH,reaction time.Through single factor test,the reaction conditions were:0.065g/250ml(0.052 g Fe2+ catalyst dosage/100 mg CODCr)、 0.02ml/250ml(0.017 ml 30%H2O2 dosage/100 mg CODCr)、 4(pH)、60min(reaction time),The removal rate of CODCr was more than 70%,80%,The removal rate of TP was 50%80%,but the removal rate of NH3-N and TN was not obvious.According to the data provided by orthogonal experiment.Test shows: the influence of various factors on the removal rate of CODCrwas Fe2+ catalyst dosage > pH> 30%H2O2 dosage> reaction time.According to the data provided by orthogonal experiment : the best reaction condition is that the oxidant is 0.02ml/250ml(0.017 ml 30%H2O2dosage/100 mg CODCr),the dosage of the catalyst is 0.065g/250ml(0.052 g Fe2+ catalyst dosage/100 mg CODCr),4(pH),and the reaction time is 60 min.(3)In break point chlorination,the influence factors were selected as reaction time,Cl/NH4+(m/m)adding ration,pH,and the reaction temperature.Through single factor test,the reaction conditons were: 11:1(Cl/NH4+(m/m)adding ration)、30min(reaction time)、7.0(pH)、and under normal temperature condition,the removal effect is best,the removal rate of NH3-N、TN、TP can reach 99%、95%、99%.According to the data provided by orthogonal experiment.Test shows: the influence of various factors on the removal rate NH3-N was Cl/NH4+(m/m)adding ration>reaction time >pH.: the best reaction condition is that pH is about 7,Cl/NH4+(m/m)adding ration is 11:1,reaction time is 25 min.(4)In this experiment,the water samples was biogas slurry from a farm in Jinxian Country,Jiangxi Province,The wastewater quality,the pH was 77.6,the CODCr was 445625mg/L,NH3-N was 200550mg/L,TP was 62100mg/L,TN was 220580mg/L.Through the experiment,Under the optimum reaction conditions by Fenton,the removal rate of CODCr was 77%,and the effluent concentration was 102143mg/L;the removal rate of TP was 68%,and the effluent concentration was 1932mg/L.Under the optimum reaction conditions by break point chlorination reaction,the removal rate of NH3-N was 99%,and the effluent concentration was 25.6mg/L;the removal rate of TN was 95%,and the effluent concentration was 1125mg/L;the removal rate of TP was 99%,and the effluent concentration was 0.20.32mg/L.and the effluent quality can meet the requirement of 《 water quality standard for livestock and poultry breeding 》(GB18596-2001).
