Alkynes are organic compounds which are widely existed in nature,It is a raw material for organic synthesis.Alkynes hydration is a common method for the preparation of carbonyl compounds,and the reaction of carbonyl compounds contain high added values.So the alkyne hydration has attracted much attention in the modern fine chemical preparation and chemical production.The traditional alkyne hydration reaction was using mercury and sulfuric acid as a catalyst.The application of mercury salt was limited due to large toxicity and serious environmental pollution.Therefore,the development of low toxity and recyclable catalyst of hydration is significant.In this paper,summarized the research progress of hydration of alkynes.To explore the method of using PEG-OSO3H/CuSO4 to catalize hydration reaction of Alkynes which generate ketones,and PEG-OSO3H/CH3COOH catalyzed alkyne hydration reaction,completing hydration reaction of aromatic terminal alkynes with internal alkyne,five cycles of PEG-OSO3H maintain catalytic activity and efficiency,The reaction system passed scale-scale the amplification reaction.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1 The progress of hydration of alkynes such as mercury,gold,ruthenium,palladium,rhodium.iron and other metal catalyzed by Bronst acid was reviewed.2 Using the PEG-OSO3H/CUSO4 as catalyst,the hydration reaction of alkynes were happened.The reaction yield of the phenylacetylene hydration reaction of acetophenone was enhanced by screening the reaction condition such as catalyst,solvent,acid and temperature.And the applicability of the substrate also was discussed.The results showed that the reaction yield is high,and the catalyst PEG-SO3H is easy to recycle.In addition,the catalysis system could complete the gram-scale amplification reaction.3 With PEG-OSO3H/CH3COOH as catalyst,the hydration of alkynes was finished.In detail,the experiment optimized the hydration reaction conditions,and synthesized 13 kinds of aromatic ketones.The method possess following advantages such as simple operation,high yield and good applicability.And the catalyst was easy to recycle and reuse.A series of ketones compounds were synthesized in those processes above,with their structures characterized by 1H NMR?13C NMR analysises.
