Study On The Comprehensive Management Of HuaiNan Subsidence Area By Coal Mining Under Ecological Agriculture Tourism Mode

With the exploitation of coal resources,the changes in geological conditions has led to the emergence of coal mining subsidence area.The coal mining subsidence has induced a series of ecological and environmental problems,social problems,hindering urban development and economic growth.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:Firstly,according to the management methods of coal mining subsidence areas in the world and the status of HuaiNan coal mining subsidence areas,the following aspects were analyzed:(1)The Coal Mining Subsidence Area is mainly distributed in the range of Fengtai County of Huainan City and Datong District,Xiejiaji District,Bagong MountainDistrict,Panji District,and Maoji test AreaDistrict.(2)The damage caused to the surface landscape by Coal mining subsidence.(3)The impacts on local biological habitat of Coal mining subsidence.(4)The social problemscaused by Coal mining subsidenceSecondly,the managementmechanisms and the principles and guidelinesof coal mining subsidence under ecological agriculturemode.Comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area,is a model of development and ecological restoration of agricultural production,and the combination of tourism.It is not only a healthy,civilized,efficient redevelopment process,but also a use of natural situation,respect for nature,adapting to the transformation of the natural process.The seven guiding principles ofdesigning according to local conditions,ecology,economics,culture,participation,artistic,culture and guidance were introduced.Thirdly,combining with the status of HuaiNan mining subsidence,we analyzed the feasibility of integrated management.Through the establishment of the organization and leadership of the specialized agencies,and establishment of relevant laws and regulations,HuaiNan mining subsidence area should be managed according to laws.Social enterprises and relevant government departments should explore new ideas and find new ways.Mainly adopting sub area management mode,according to different characteristics of each region,HuaiNan mining subsidence should be managed in a targeted mode,respectively in each sub area.The coal mining subsidence area is divided into the northern part of the mine subsidence area,the eastern and the western mine subsidence area.Finally,using the Green Xinyuan ecological agriculture sightseeing Park as an example,the benefits through management of coal mining subsidence area by the modeof complex ecological agriculture sightseeing were introduced.Mainly analyzed the general situation,status situation,natural and ecological agriculture,cultural tourism resources,and development conditions,and also take the economic and social benefits into account.The development and construction of Huainan Green Xinyuan coal mining subsidence comprehensive ecological agriculture sightseeing garden,not only give a demonstration effect to comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence areas,but also meet the demands of returning to nature,and advocating nature of modern tourism.The mode benefits the popularization of modern forestry,animal husbandry and fishery projects,and rural industrial structure adjustment,playing a positive role in promoting.economic development.It is the best methods to the comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area.
