| In recent years, the problem of deep roadway surrounding rock controlling is increased outstanding with gradual increase of coal mining depth which brings great difficulty in ore mining. Researching for the rule of deep mine pressure appeared is particularly important because which is less for deep roadway. Using the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test to research appeared regular of mine pressure for 2074 E working face of Q ian Jiaying mining in-850 m. Through analysised the conditions of buried deep and big fluctuation of coal seam for working face and combined key strata theory with masonry beam structure mechanics model studyed the problem of rule of roof strata movement and stability of masonry beam structure. Numerical simulation model is established combined with the characteristics of roof rock mechanics revealed the rules of stress distribution and deformation of surrounding rock on the condition of different production factors and forepole effective range is proposed. Summarized the law of roof weighting on the basis of field test and numerical simulation and it shows that mudstone is inferior key strata and siltstone is main key stratum in overburden. Working face shows non-uniform cycle to pressure and average weighting interval is 25.56 m, meeting with the actual. Key stratum’s stability is good and masonry beam structure will not happen to slide instability and rotary deformation instabilit.Stress distribution law is different under different extraction conditions for mining roadway surrounding rock. With the condition that the same mining height and different forward distance, advanced support peak stress increased with the increase of forward distance and the distance between peak stress and the coal wall increased along with the increase of forward distance; With the condition that same forward distance and different mining height, which position increased with the increase of mining height and it decreased with the increase of mining height. Roof convergence is small on both sides of the middle working face, which consistents with the actual.It shows that setting load is so small that can’t meet the design requirements and working resistance is enough to meet the requirement of supports. In monitoring time, working face experienced periodic weighting 5 times. Overall, extraction roadway deformation and roof delamination of quantity is not big and it adviced within working face advancing 60 m where needed special attention in process of scope of roof maintenance work. |
