At present,the global annual demand for sewing machine is measured in millions,and sewing machine is a typical labor-intensive industry.But the overall degree of automation of is not high.Automatic sewing machine,based on the original function of sewing machine,adds an automatic moving cloth platform,which can reduce the labor cost and improve production efficiency.Based on the related literatures home and abroad,an automatic sewing machine control system based on DSP/ARM designed and developed,the main research work is as follows.1.Combined with the characteristics of the embedded controller,an automatic sewing machine control system based on DSP/ARM designed and developed,and detailed introduction to the design scheme of the control system is made.Processing and analysis scheme of PLT document of the control system is designed.Finally,hardware circuit platform is designed,based on which further research work can be done.2.Considering the machinery jitter problem of automatic sewing machine,an S-type acceleration deceleration control algorithm is carried out.an trajectory optimization scheme is put forward accounting for the problem that the adjacent segment angle is too big,which makes the transition of the equipment much more smoother.Considering the trajectory characteristics of automatic sewing,a kind of continuous micro line velocity planning algorithm put forward,which can reduce equipment noise and improve processing efficiency.Time division method in the interpolation algorithm is studied and optimization is done in the implementation process to solve the push pulse problem.In the meantime,the head speed control scheme is studied and the trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration control scheme is adopted to control the head motor speed.3.According to the overall design scheme of the moving sewing machine control system,function software of the system is designed,including PLT file analysis software,speed control method software,speed planning scheme software,communication scheme etc.Finally,thesis summary of the whole research work is carried out,system’s advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the development of the control system of automatic sewing machine is prospected.
